    Ingredients -
    Serving 2-3 Person
    150 grams Tandalja Bhaji/Chaulai
    As per taste Salt
    1 tsp Carom Seeds/Ajwain
    2 tsp Sugar
    2 tbsp Medium Sour Curd
    2 tbsp Ginger Chilli Paste
    ¼ tsp Baking Soda
    5 tbsp Oil (For Moyan)
    ½ Cup Coarse Wheat Flour
    2 Cup Wheat Flour
    As required Water (For knead the dough)
    For Tempering
    2 tbsp Oil
    ½ tsp Mustard Seeds/Rai
    2 Dry Red Chilli
    4-5 Curry Leaves
    ¼ tsp Asafoetida/Hing
    2 tbsp Sesame Seeds/Safed Til
    2 tbsp Lemon Juice
    For Prepare the Green Chutney
    1 Cup Fresh Chopped Coriander Leaves
    10-12 Fresh Mint Leaves
    2 Green Chilli
    1 inches Fresh Peleled Sliced Ginger
    1 tbsp Roasted Chana/Daliya
    ½ tsp Cumin Seeds/Jeera
    As per taste Salt
    Pinch of Asafoetida/Hing
    Pinch of Citric Acid/Nimbu ke phool
    2 tsp Sugar
    3 Icecubes
    As required Chilled Water
    Serve it as dinner/breakfast/evening snacks
