This was so beautifully explained! It gives great hope and confidence moving about this life. If we truly desire the celestial kingdom we need not doubt we will make it holding the Savior’s hand! I feel relieved-I feel peace in that thought-I feel joy. Thank you brother Dunford.
Dear brother Bryce, thank you for this video. Thank you for this series on the Atonement of our Savior. Thank you for your thoughts and insights and for sharing them with us. We are grateful for the clarity they help provide on an incredibly profound opportunity.
What comforts me is realizing that Jesus and Heavenly Father are... very very good at their job aka to bring to pass the immortality and eternal life of man. I'm realizing that it's all about our desire and will. If we desire to be in the Celestial kingdom and simply turn our will to Christ then He will get us there. It doesn't matter how weak I am it's not about me... Christ has the power to transform me!
This was wonderful! Thank you. ❤ Years ago, I read a book, " Justified by Faith," and it was life-changing for me. It helped me understand this concept like I never had before. I started recommending the book to anyone seeking to repent. The author says that the Holy Spirit justifies us in the sense that He can witness that our remorse is real and our desire to turn back to God is true. It is then that we can be sanctified by the atoning blood of the Lord Jesus Christ. I haven't looked at repentance and justification and sanctification the same way since. 😊
The capacity you have to put examples together to explain the Atonement of JesusChrist is amazing. The dentist, the Court of Justice on Earth, your wise comments take me to a higher level to understand the complex behavior of humans. So much perfection and wisdom in the Plan reflects and teaches us the outstanding divine curriculum for human experience. It shook my spirit the case of Elisabeth Smart. So much damage, so profound are your teachings that took me to a better personal transformation. Such as life is complex l gained a deeper understanding about heavenly issues , justice and divine courts. I am thankful to know the All Might God who has restored His Divine University called CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST helping us to grow, to see without dark clouds , restoring some peace und solemnly while we are accomplishing our daily deeds . Thank you Angel Bryce Dunford for sharing with us your profound testimony. It helps me to keep me on track in this narrow path. ❤
This!^ Thank you @Bryce! You are changing lives! I could literally listen to you all day! I thank Heavenly Father for you! I wish I could meet you in real life and shake your hand! I have so much gratitude in my heart for you and your willingness to share your knowledge that so many of us are hungry for! ❤️
Thank you, thank you, thank you for all of your time and effort to share your knowledge and understanding with us. Thank you so very much for this wonderful explanation of the mighty power of the Atonement to both justify and sanctify us.
Thank you again for this great teaching. So important to understand correctly the role of Jésus Christ in our life and our own part. 💖 Thank you for the good examples too. 🙏 ❤
Thank you again for this beautiful lesson and for the great insights. I really love your lessons! Thank you for taking your time to share your knowledge. It's a feast for our spirit. God bless you dear brother!
I’ve never understood justification and sanctification before this. Now I get them! Thank you for this beautiful talk! I appreciate you taking the time to share your knowledge, listening to your video has become part of my Sunday routine.😊
Why have I never understood the atonement like this before!! 😭😭 Thank you for your videos and the time you put into producing these. I can’t wait for #9!
Your explanations have been so helpful in helping me understand the conditions of justification and sanctification so much more clearly. You are a great teacher…
@@loisleonard9436 I've seen the movie Forevermore, about Karla Faye Tucker. Her story is such a beautiful example of how the Savior can restore us if we let Him.
Yes!!! Thank you!! I have felt revelation about the process of justification and sanctification, the difference and how one can be without the other. To me it feels like how salvation and exaltation is different. Thanks so much for this, your words made this very clear and a great reminder of what I’ve felt revealed to me by the Spirit.
I know that you are one of the most knowledgeable person I have listened to most all your podcasts. Now in one of your podcasts if I heard you say something to the effect that all of us needs to help others in order to get to the celestial kingdom. I have asked others for something and not one person responded ? I hope I never look beyond my self and not reach out I will not be worthy.

Bryce, Such a beautiful service you perform for us in making these videos, sharing your gospel insights. This question is actually in regards to your last video, but I waited to see if you were going to address this in this video. The Lord has this perfect path chosen for us as individuals, and I realize that He is flexible and can change as needed. But my concern is with my own agency and how I, sometimes inadvertently, can totally mess up "the plan" He has for me. Maybe I marry someone else, or his father doesn't decide to move to my neck of the woods when he loses he job, as your father-in-law; or maybe, I move somewhere and take a job that puts me in an entirely different place. Does He work with the second best plan for me, so to speak. Or, does He have to go to the drawing board? Would you address this please? Again, thank you for all your efforts on these great videos. Dorothy
Dorothy, the brilliance of your Heavenly Father’s plan for you is that it is based on YOUR agency. He knows you better than you know yourself. He knew you would take that job somewhere else. None of those things throw Him a curve ball, because He knew perfectly well what you were and are going to do. He builds His plan around you and your desires, weaving together all the right things. You need not worry about messing up His plan for you. There is no plan B. It has always been plan A. When Joseph let Martin Harris take the manuscript and Martin lost it, Joseph thought he had ruined everything. He did not. The Lord knew Joseph would do that and was prepared for that 2400 years in advance. He told Joseph, “The works, and the designs, and the purposes of God cannot be frustrated, neither can they come to naught…Remember, remember that it is not the work of God that is frustrated, but the work of men” (D&C 3:1,3). The Lord’s plan for the coming forth of the Book of Mormon incorporated what He knew Joseph would do. The same is true in your case.
@@talkingscripture Thank you so much for answering. May you receive many blessings for all your goodness and studying that has made it possible for you to share these wonderfully insightful videos. Dorothy
Not eternally, but it’s important to understand the difference. The last temple recommend interview question suggests that it is possible to have changed and still not have completely taken care of everything needed to justify our sins. The opposit (justified but not sanctified) happens all the time in the church, often with young people. They approach repentance with a checklist mentality. Rather than a change my behavior mentality. Many of them end up right back in the bishop’s office because they may have been justified for the previous sin, but they weren’t sanctified.
IMO the hesitancy of membership to know or believe they will be saved in the Celestial kingdom has its influence from church leadership and culture. IMO culture is a symptom of leadership messaging. Intentional or not.
