I don't believe in reincarnation.. but if I did, I would wish to return as an eagle just to drift over Newfoundland as your drones did in filming this incredibly beautiful place. I'm returning for a second trip in 30 days, and cannot wait. Thanks for posting this.
Love the west side of newfoundland my husband and his family are from the creek in Port au Port, nevrr got to explore everything yet as we can only do so much in our 2week visit down to see his family, but man did I ever understand his home sickness when we had to fly back to Ontario, Just all over beautiful place and so much history 💗💗😍
I just happen to be scrolling thru and what do you know ...my home province. It's a stunning and a very beautiful place to live, hunt and visit.I'm really impressed by the beauty of the rugged coastline, mountains and deep valleys. I soon shall go back and visit my province once again and this time walk the beach, tour in the parks as well as hike the mountain paths.Thank you so much for bringing back so many memories of Port au Port area.
I'm from New Mexico, USA...always looking for unspoiled beauty. Newfoundland is now firmly on my bucket list! Gorgeous, although... that much water is intimidating to a desert rat like me.
This video makes me planning the next vacation in 2022 visiting the West Coast of NL south of Gros Mourne NP. We‘ve seen the West Coast up to L‘Ans aux Meadow, but not the rest. If I could afford it, I‘d move to NL…
You dooz a fine job explaining how we talks. Ya' sure knows what yer' at b'y. We talks right fast sometimes too, people bes right shagged up.🤯 Bah-hahaha, I'm definitely sharing this video with people. Great job explaining the some of our unique dialect. 👍
Good video and doc. The scenery in NL can change every quarter mile. With so much indentation and elevation along the coast, you drive from one right into another.
Personally my favorite place in west cost of NL is cowhead, small town with beautiful shallow bay beach and quiet atmosphere.. If you are on the way to cowhead, please stop gas station in St. Paul :) they have best ice cream in the world. Thank you for nice picture.
You should ☺️ I’ve only been all over Ontario born and raised and also Newfoundland, where my family is from. I don’t need a exotic, warm and sunny destination when I have Newfoundland ❤️
I'm 30 minutes in, so impressed by the magnificent scenery of the one province in our country I have yet to visit. With these world class vistas, the excellent music, visuals and commentary there was the opportunity here to create an international award winning video. Instead we find an amateurish editing job that jerked the viewers abrutly from here to there and back again, re-inserting the same footage into different segments, as if there is not enough original, unique beauty to put into this video without having to repeat anything. Shame on the editor and producers who show shoddy, unacceptable production standards that considerably degrade the quality of ths Canada Over the Edge segment. I only hope the other shows in this series don't suffer from the same "typically Canadian" poor production values but as this appears to be the eleventh out of 13 shows I won't hold my breath.
I don’t have a clue what you are talking about Mike.but you calling me a Moran tells me you’re the ass not me. So you can go and fu;; your self. Vonnie

Yes they skipped over one of the only ways into the province, and went right to stephenville , the south west coast of the province has some of the most beautiful sites, and rose Blanche has one of the few rock lighthouse left in the world
I was there in the 70s and I don't recall a Port au Port. There was only Port Aux Basques to St John's on the road system and I spent time at Signal Hill and watching the boat races on Quidi Vidi Lake.
I'm very much interested to see this place. But how and where tbe exact place in Canada. But i like the place just like very peaceful to live there. Thank you for the vloger.
Look at all that land. Recently moved back home from Calgary. Why can't anyone just plop a small cabin like house in the middle of nowhere and try their best to live off the land is beyond me.
Wolves never went anywhere. There are still grey wolves here. What would have been nice is if the Newfoundland dog had not been stolen. Same with Newfoundland Ponies.

Beautiful video but I wish they showed more of the west coast 😢
I had to laugh that they skipped over port aux basques the entry of the island basically with stunning views and goes right to sville lolol
Skylor Mckay the video was shot from a plane though, so they had to start where the airport is. At least that’s my guess.
