I don't understand why so many are commenting negatively about an open kitchen it not only makes the space look more spacious but keeps the kitchen dry as well. I personally liked the layout with just one problem I wish the common toilet wasn't close to the master bedroom. It defeats the purpose of 2 restrooms right next to one another

They maintained the quality for that they are charging Rs 4481 which is reasonable in terms of communication, front road (no by lane), construction quality, balcony view etc.
