Make NOODLES from carrots in 10 minutes | RECIPE

- Hi everyone!! Welcome back to another Shef Steph video! Hope you have been doing well, and I hope you have carrots laying in your kitchen somewhere because you're going to want to try making this recipe. My cooking skills aren't very good so far, but even I succeeded in making this taste amazing, so you'll be just fine :)
RECIPE (for one pretty big serving):
- 5 large carrots, peeled
- green onions
- peanut butter
- soy sauce
- sesame oil
- rice vinegar
- sriracha (optional)
Wash and peel carrots. Julienne carrots. Mix ingredients for sauce. Heat stove to medium or medium-high and add oil to pan. Stir fry carrots for a few minutes until you like the texture. Add sauce and stir fry for 1-2 more minutes. Add any additional ingredients. Serve and enjoy!! And share with your loved ones!

I didn’t even think making noodles out of carrots was a thing! You could also make it Indian with curry or maybe Thai seasoning. The possibilities are endless. God sure has given you a skill.
