    Great for of your shop. Any recommendations on a vacuum for the fine dust since the one you have was not avaricious to the public?

    How are your clamps hanging on the wall? particularly your bessy parallel lamps 😊

    • @StudioZ72.create
      @StudioZ72.create  2 місяці тому +1

      Hey there! Really simple, just 2 pieces of 3/4" trim screwed together 3" wide however long you need and then screwed to the wall. So the clamps basically hang on the ledge created by the trim. 👍

      @@StudioZ72.create any chance you can leave a picture - I understand what your saying but am more visual - for the f style is there a lip they hook onto? Or they are flat on top for both clamp styles and gravity just holds them?

    • @StudioZ72.create
      @StudioZ72.create  2 місяці тому

      Can't do pics but yes flat on top and gravity holds them. Also they lean into the wall a bit and that helps keep them in place.

    Well thought out. The fire place sounds nice! The curtain idea is awesome! It deploys so well. Do you use a drop cloth for the floor in the paint booth?

    • @StudioZ72.create
      @StudioZ72.create  7 місяців тому

      Thanks so much! No drop cloth on the floor, I just deal with the overspray which is minimal. Yeah, maybe next winter I'll have a wood stove in there for heat just weighing my options.

    Greetings Pete, Thanks for sharing your shop. I finally found somebody as OCD as myself when it comes to cleaning up after every cut you make 😂😂. I to am a full-time business furniture maker. I’m always searching for new ideas for workflow plus a clean well maintained and organized shop is also a safe shop. Best of luck in the new year. Looking forward to subscribing and following along. I’m ready for a shop tour myself last one was about 4 1/2 years ago how they change! its also a good method to catalog your upgrades and workflow 😎Well done👍

      Hey Walt, thanks so much! Lol, I used to get teased about how OCD I am but now I just tell people that I put the same attention to detail in whatever I build and in our business details matter. I like your shop also, especially the plane wall. Good luck to you also, I too will be following along 👍

    How do you do finish work without a air dryer and separation system?

    • @StudioZ72.create
      @StudioZ72.create  22 дні тому

      I use an inline water separator coming out of the tank and then a inline disposable water filter attached to the spray gun.

    I subsribed. Thanks for the BOW table saw fence reveal. Never knew such a thing existed. I was looking for an extender for my job site saw and this thing fits the bill perfectly - great pricing too. Thanks and looking forward to your CNC router journey.

    Thanks for sharing - Made me smile when you mentioned Norm's New Yankee - I am sure there was a whole generation of woodworkers that grew up with that. Such a shame there is nothing to replace it. I guess UA-cam is the new New Yankee. Thanks again.

    Very nice and organized shop! Very clean and love that bandsaw. My only other comment is my concern about the unprotected romex cable running down the wall.

      Thanks so much! Yes that bandsaw is a beast and yet very precise. You are right about the wiring but I'm very careful and originally I set up the shop so that it could be converted back to a regular car garage quickly. It's been like that for ten years and no issues 🤞

    I like how much you're able to do in the small space and the principles you've used to manage that. This is a really great video, well explained, well produced. Can't wait to see what else you have in store.
