The slow pronunciation of the subtle differences between different adjective variations was super helpful. Merci beaucoup

Les liaisons, bien que parfois difficiles à maîtriser, sont essentielles pour parler un français fluide et naturel. Pratiquer régulièrement et écouter des locuteurs natifs vous aidera à les utiliser correctement. 🎯

The secret to it is to treat the le/la/un/une as part of the noun. As if it were part of the word. Hope this helps! 👍

Ah, gender. Feminine or masculine? As a Brit with mother-tongue English who can speak French, one of the biggest issues was getting the gender of the noun correct and then matching it up with the adjective! Say what you like about English, but one of the easiest things about it must be the lack of gendering everything. And don’t get me started on German, where they have masculine, feminine and, just to complicate matters even further, the neuter! 🤦‍♂️ The good news for everyone, with the main Romance/Latin languages at least, is that nouns/adjectives which are masculine or feminine in one language are the same masculine or feminine in the other languages! Not always, but mostly. This made Spanish and Italian that bit easier once all the gendering in French had been mastered. The only trouble I then had with Spanish/Italian were the 2 more subjunctive tenses (imperfect past subjunctive/pluperfect subjunctive) they use in conversation which French doesn’t use! 🤦‍♂️ Trust me: for a native English speaker, where the subjunctive is virtually extinct, the subjunctive mood is undoubtedly one of the trickiest things about French/Spanish/Italian etc. All those new tenses to be learned and, importantly, when to use them. There’s always something to be encountered and overcome.

Merci. Je kiffe les vidéos. Btw women who wonder what they should wear when vacationing in France should wear what these girls wear. Blend in like a local.

Er, why? Why are you suggesting what clothes people should wear on holiday? What are you? The clothes police? Why should a visitor to another place have to ‘blend in like a local’? If someone visits my house, I don’t demand they have to wear certain clothes and ‘blend in like a local’ in my house. What’s with the controlling behaviour? 🤔
