Honey bees can sting other animals and insects without the stinger getting lodged in the skin. Only on human skin the ridges on the stinger will get caught and come out tearing out the bees insides.
It's not just human skin, its the skin of any mammal. Even in the case of bears, the stingers get lodged in the skin. However, the fur on most of the bear's body is thick enough that bees cannot find an opening to sting a bear. They can only attack the face, which the bear can scratch away with their paws.

Imagine someone rips their skin off just to save the bee 💀
💀
That’s what you call a true bee lover (not me ofc bc one time a bee kept me from getting inside my house bc it was guarding the door. I was very scared since I was only 4 at the time but now everything’s ok, still scarred for life, though!)

Sounds like a meat canyon plot making fun of the vegan teacher
I’ve seen bees who didn’t lose the stinger after stinging, so, if ppl just stand still, and don’t swat at the bee, and don’t move or don’t try to make the bee fly away, and just let the bee spin around until she gets to free herself without losing the stinger, plus one can use tweezers to help get the stinger out without affecting the bee, in a situation where the bee just cannot release herself after spinning many times and also isn’t trying to fly away / isn’t afraid of ppl, and by moving very slowly to not scare the bee...
they actually can twist in circles to get it out if you leave them alone. its might hurt a bit but id do it to save a lil honey soldier 🥺
Nah I won't. They stung me, they must pay the price
Sometimes they just kinda give up and die tho
"bees that bite us instead of stinging don't die"
Yeah I'd imagine you don't die from stinging if you don't sting
Wait bees can bite humans?😅
@@Shonen88_Champion some species do
That part of the video was so stupid lol
It was always known honeybees were the only ones that died
God bless all bees. ✝️🤍🙏

Just an FYI, the queen honey bee can sting repeatedly because her stinger is barbless. Another fun fact the male honeybee has no stinger but dies during mating with the queen bee.
Facts:If the bees stinger stuck in your hand the stinger would defeat cancer cells
New medicine: bees stinger
So they kill themselves to save us
Wait, fr?
Bee venom defeat cancer cells because there is a chemical in bee venom called melittin and melittin is used to put in medicine to cure cancer

Why do they sting to defend themselves but they die after stinging? Like what does that purpose? It’s like you’re defending yourself, but you also start a timer that means your 💀
From what I know, they won't sting to defend themselves. They'll sting only to defend their queen.
I used to go around in high-school picking bees up and just walking around chilling with them. They're so, incredibly soft. I'll still on occasion pick them up to show my children, or to demonstrate how safe they are (Just like with a ladybird or caterpillar). Been well over 10 years now and not a single injury from them. They're very gentle.
@@staceyhunt6769another point to give my wife why we should have a bee hive in our backyard
They act like a state. The collective is way more important than the individual.
Apparently they can sting other insects just fine. Like if a wasp or something gets into their colony, they can sting it and not die. It’s mammals that they can’t get their stinger out of because of the thick skin. So I’ve read.
It releases a pheromone that attracts other bees to defend the hive. Sacrifice is ok if there are thousands of them. Bumble bee workers have much smaller nests so don’t have barbed stings.
Ahhhh that sucks . I luv bees 🐝 look how cute and fuzzy 🐝🐝🐝🐝❤️
As a person with allergic reaction to bee stings I see this as an absolute win.
I’m allergic to honey bees and I have a pimple from my body from allergies cause I saw a honey bee in our vacation and I cried it didn’t sting me (😢
Oh wow I’m so happy to know that one’s that but can keep biting me so relieved lol
The way I figure it, that is nature's way to protect either bee or sting victim from disease transmition, for the family of honey bee.
"Bees that bite us don't face any consequences at all."
I beg to differ.
What bee bites?
None
A wasp lol
Wood bees bite the heck out of you
All bees can bite. Even males.
That’s sad! Poor honey bees are the good guys. It’s the other buzzing crew like yellow jackets, red wasps, the big bumble bees, etc. I was hoping met their doom after stinging.
In my experience bumbles almost never sting human, unless they are held captive.
Also wasps stinging me have also been quite rare, tho i remember time when one stung me without me knowing why.
All bees have a stinger except for certain types of carpenter bees
Carpenter Bee have a stinger, except the Male one
Can we not create hybrid honeybees? So the honeybees can keep living, just breed a species of bee that bites with a honeybee.
if it bites me its meeting its doom slowly

I don’t know if you copied a blog almost word for word but your words are oddly almost exact to the article I was reading.
Could cut it with scissors
Bro I just got bit by one
The ones that bite are the real bastards!
So uhhh... are honeybees the only ones that sting? Or are there bees that can use their stinger without dying? This was so ambiguous
Bumble bee can sting as many times she want. But usually they sting only when held captive or hive is attacked.
“Im on my way to your girl”
Yellow jackets rip their stingers out too. Sooo....
The reason they can’t pull it out is because the Stinger is barbed (HOPE THIS HELPED❤)
What if we cut the stinger?
They still die
Probably. And u wont have time
bee: "anyone got a sawzall around here? I'm stuck."
then the stinger got cut
good my home land bees bite not sting
So bee nice 😂 you won't die
So ?

I feel bad I wish bees knew that would happen to them when they die
Only honey bees though
Male honey bees die when they reproduce with queen honey bee. Also queens do not die after they sting as far as I know.
No shit
