Embertail is my favorite, Got one with 2 Burning Anger (+40 burn on hit each) and a Flaming Treat perk. Top of with Bonus to bosses and +30% attack speed makes the Burning Kitty a force to be reckoned with.
Do the pets stats go to you aswell? So if it says +10 crit chance do we get that chance???
great guide, unfortunatly the game doesn't really explain some things so any video about stuff is awesome, could you maybe create a video about some nice gear? Like full farming gear, fishing gear, mining gear and maybe "boss gear/pve gear"?
The wiki provides all the information about all gear that improves fishing, farming, mining gear etc.

I personally bring 2 max owl(pre-v1.0) with either full crit% or movement speed% buff on all 5 points for exploring and combat. Would love to see if there are special perk on the moth since i dont really see the point of damaging pets when you can kill bosses by yourself faster if you are super buffed up haha
My favorite in the early game is the Prince Slime pet. Hands down, as it levels it does some nice dmg, especially versus bosses and it has a push back.
I found farming Malugaz for the 5,000 exp pet food let me lvl my pet faster. Dont know what my favorite end game pet is yet ^^

I got an Owl with 5 of the triple damage perks... so 10% chance to proc, and it's amazing!!!

With the 10% chance to triple damage, It MELTS bosses!
I like the Subterrier he can one shot mobs......now i think about it,it would be nice if you could make a mob farm then leave your pets inside to level up

i only have 3 pets so far.
the first one was the owl bird. i thought i'd like it because it boosted movement etc.... but i was also under the impression that pets dont fight in this game because of it
then i got the little dog, and he does quite a bit of damage often more than i do
then i got the embertail, my dog was level 7 and the damage from the embertail seemed so low i didnt think i'd like it, but i think it's better than the dog overall because it starts attacking way sooner, but when i fought the hive queen gross thing the dog kicked its ass, i basically just did circles around it while the dog ripped it apart, and i set traps all over to kill those annoying things that chase you

Owlux/Pheromoth with 5x crit dmg and 1x triple dmg chance is my personal BiS! ;) Insanely rare though! :o
Am i getting this correctly? So the owlux and the other "buffs the owner" type pets just give those stats to the owner but the other ones doesnt give any stat perk? Those are only applied to pets damage?

Im suprised people dont gave pet build guides for iptimized builds yet. For instance the shaman skull headpiece has the same effect of afdih and consuming 40dmg burns as the ember pet,that plus using a fire staff seems to be a recipe for constant burn reapllication
This is my current build, with my pet having 30% chance to consume the burn I get lots of big bursts of damage

What a slime merchant? I just beat the big worm and the merchant only has summoning things for 3 bosses. This is kinda confusing but pretty interesting.
Watch my stuck starter guide, but you need to find gluch giant slime his close to spawn
Essentially if you beat the other bosses, he unlocks more stuff to sell 😃
I dont underestand how u can lvl up Pheromoth, bcoz i litteerally farm ennemies but i get no xp

Make sure pet is close enough and not maxed out
On Xbox, all eggs are hatching with exactly the same stats.
Stats yes should be same? Talent or perks should be different?

Seems a little out of date, like you updated an older video and reposted rather then creating a new one. No longer is the Owlyx the only buff pet,the Pheromoth does as well. Also, the owlyx and sub terrier can be obtained very early, easily before the slime boss, although that depends on the slime boss spawn.
Did you not actually watch and yes it's an updated video, I showed teh pheromoth and the snuggly, also explained where you can find soem of the eggs, mayeb I left in about owlux but obs said there was another passive one
@@JadePGC Yeah, sorry, it was early and I was tired. I did watch the whole video, I just noticed you re-used previous footage/audio, which I'm not a fan of. I should have stated that I watch most of your content and really enjoy it, I just had a problem with that one bit.
