- My partner Kevin and I got a call from a gentleman, Nestor, that asked us to rescue his fish some of them which he's had for 20 years. Nestor was recently diagnosed with cancer of his kidney which spread to his lungs. He can no longer care for his fish and worries that he will not have enough time or energy to take care of them while undergoing treatment. He did not ask for any money or anything, all he asked for was that the fish be put in a good home which shows how selfless and thoughtful he is. We know treatment is not cheap. Let's help Nestor and his family. Any amount helps. Thank you so much.

One (of many) reasons I divorced my husband was the time he flipped out on me for wanting to put my little 2-gallon guppy fry grow-out tank on the dining table, and I don't mean a nice one where spilled water might harm the finish; I mean a sh!tty, cheap, old, ratty one from the 80's. He just thought it would be "gross" to have fish in the same place where we ate, and he screamed at me for even daring to say "But ....."
Contrast that with THIS cutie patootie couple and their kitchen ocean. I can't even imagine having such a supportive partner as this poor guy's wife, what a wonderful attitude she has. If he manages to survive it will have a lot to do with her, and same goes even if his time is over but it was good.
Prayers to Nestor and his family. It is tough. My family went through it earlier this year. Bless you Rod and Kevin for being great and caring people!

Hello All! I come with some good news. Seems the treatments plus all your well wishes is starting to show hope. We got the news a few hours ago about most of the cancer mass's shrinking a little apart from one that grow ever so slightly bigger in his right kidney. The doctor wanted to see a far better results then what we got, but it better having some progress then no progress to the treatment. I have said Nestor is in a 2 year plan treatment for the cancer. So hopefully with continuing the treatment the progress in the future we'll have better results. Once again with eyes full of tears I/ We are so grateful for all of the wonderful wishes and support you have given to us. Sending my warmest of thoughts to all those going through hard time in life. I'm here if ever one of you' wish to share or talk of some troubles you are going through. We need to know we are not as alone with troubles in our life's as we feel we are. He died this morning after bravely stood against all odds he stayed with us almost 2 years after being told he'll last 3 to 6 months.thank all for tour hopes and prayers. much love from Michigan. he needs to alkaline his body. the cancer treatments they offer is worse than the cancer itself. alkaline foods 24/7 365 no meats or potatoes or wheat or corn or grains. breaks down as acids. meats are the reason for most of the health issues in this country and not many american drs. will even tell u this.

I'm going through the same thing.I had prostate cancer 3 years ago and now it has returned.They dis catch it early enough but I will have to do treatments.Cancer treatments have cone a long way.They are constantly improving.If you can your doctor might sign you up for experimental treatment.This would be a good opportunity for you and I would accept if it's possible.Good luck cancer sucks.
