Hello, thank you for this video. Can you help me with my sewing machine? I have a singe 5805c model and the rubber at the bottom isn’t spinning making my bobbin not to spin. Please answer :(
It sounds like the rubber belt or the bobbin winder mechanism in your Singer 5805C sewing machine may need attention. Here’s how you can address the issue: Steps to Fix the Bobbin Winder: 1. Check the Rubber Drive Belt: Open the machine's casing (if accessible) to inspect the rubber drive belt attached to the bobbin winder. If the rubber is worn out, cracked, or loose, it will need to be replaced. Replacement belts for Singer machines are widely available online or in sewing supply stores. 2. Ensure Proper Engagement of the Bobbin Winder: Make sure the bobbin winder is engaged correctly. Push it to the winding position (usually to the right). Some models require a firm push to lock the mechanism. 3. Clean the Mechanism: Dust and lint can build up in the machine and interfere with the bobbin winder. Use a soft brush or a vacuum with a small nozzle to clean around the bobbin winder area. 4. Lubricate the Machine: If the machine hasn’t been oiled in a while, it could be causing parts to stick. Use sewing machine oil (not WD-40) to lubricate the moving parts as per the manual. 5. Check the Motor Belt: The motor belt that powers the machine may also affect the bobbin winder. If it’s slipping or worn out, it could need adjustment or replacement. 6. Test After Adjustments: Once everything is cleaned, adjusted, or replaced, test the bobbin winder by engaging it and pressing the foot pedal. If these steps don’t resolve the issue, it might require professional servicing. Let me know if you’d like additional clarification on any of these steps!

Hello my friend, usually tension or tension let doesn't need maintenance but sometimes silk or threads or dirts stuck inside or for some reason Tensioner spring or washers get stuck so in this cases Tensioner must be services and maintenance, also sometimes Tensioner hit by something it makes it bend little bit, check open Tensioner and cleaning make sure spring is ok, Tensioner is very important to have it set just at the right tension otherwise sewing machine will not work well, most best settings at #3 but it also depends on thickness of the threads and type of the machine, best way to set it right you need to try until you find the right tension setting. What this means is that the hook on the bobbin case that is supposed to catch the thread from the needle misses it, either being slightly too early or too late, which will result in skipped stitches as the stitch won’t form. Hello my dear friend, please try the following troubleshooting step by step 1- when sewing machines can't turn or spin or hard to turn this means it's jammed or siezed, to fix this problem you need to The assemble the sewing machine and spray DW40 first on all mechanical movements and all joints and gears while you spin it with your hand slowly, then use seeing machines oil or lubricant this will help to spin freely, if still stuck or hard to spin check if there's any dirt or corrosion must be cleaned well, if still not spinning smoothly, it could be bad parts or loosed or maybe object stuck inside the mechanical movements. 2- if the sewing machine spins easily with your hand but it doesn't when you press foot Puddle this means the belt is loosed or bad you need to check it, or maybe bad motor need to be replaced, sometimes motor can get jammed or siezed so remove the belt and press foot puddle the motor should spin fast and hard try to stop it with piece of cardboard or touch it if it stop easily means bad motor a good motor should be spinning fast and strong 3- if all good and pass then the only thing left is the foot puddle maybe is bad or not working well try to replace it. I hope this will help you to figure out, let me know how it goes, Thank you and all the best 👍
Hello my dear friend, please try the following troubleshooting step by step, 1- check the tensioner you need to put it just on right tension, the best way is to try operating the machine and change tensioner number 3-4-5 until you get it on right position, 2- sometimes cause by the thread if it is thick or bad threads can cause tangling 3- change the needle, I had same problem before when I changed the needle the problem was solved, the needles have numbers and sizes. 4- some cases this cause by using wrong fabric, some Machines can't work well with specific fabrics such as stretchy or thick or rough etc, try to change the fabric, 5- make sure the Sowing machine bubbling thread is set right , try to change it, try to tight it little by using small screw on the bubbling case, I hope that will help you to figure out, thank you and all the best 👍

Hello my friend, thank you 😊 for your wonderful comment and for your question, this cause by several reasons, please try to follow these steps hopefully to find out the problem and fix it, unfortunately I don't have a specific video about presser bar yet m, I have been busy at work but I am planning to upload more videos this winter about Sewing Machines problems and issues and how to fix and maintenance. 1- deassemble the sewing machine remove the Cover and take a look inside, check the spinning shaft or main rotation shaft drives the bubbing housing and pressure foot, it could be loosed or out of adjustment, there is a screw or bolt holding it in place try to lose that screw and rotate the main shaft with your hand until you find the right position, there's another small spining bar connected with main shaft , that small spinning bar makes the pressure foot movement , the small bar connected with tray to the pressure foot, check if there's missing or loosed springs or loosed screws. 1- the presser bar could be loosed or moved little from factory position, to fix this you need to deassemble the cover so you can see the presser bar inside, check if it's loosed there's a screw holding it in place, if it has been moved try to places it at the original factory place. 3- if the preser foot is in right place not loosed or moved , did you try to check if the pressure foot has been replaced to different size? If not go to this step 4- check presser bar by hand see if it's wiggling or loosed if so then you need to fix it or readjusted. I hope that can help you to figure out and if I made any video soon I will let you know in main time if I find helpful video on UA-cam I will send a link to you, all the best. Ali Alnajjar

Here’s how you can address the issue:
Steps to Fix the Bobbin Winder:
1. Check the Rubber Drive Belt:
Open the machine's casing (if accessible) to inspect the rubber drive belt attached to the bobbin winder.
If the rubber is worn out, cracked, or loose, it will need to be replaced.
Replacement belts for Singer machines are widely available online or in sewing supply stores.
2. Ensure Proper Engagement of the Bobbin Winder:
Make sure the bobbin winder is engaged correctly. Push it to the winding position (usually to the right). Some models require a firm push to lock the mechanism.
3. Clean the Mechanism:
Dust and lint can build up in the machine and interfere with the bobbin winder. Use a soft brush or a vacuum with a small nozzle to clean around the bobbin winder area.
4. Lubricate the Machine:
If the machine hasn’t been oiled in a while, it could be causing parts to stick. Use sewing machine oil (not WD-40) to lubricate the moving parts as per the manual.
5. Check the Motor Belt:
The motor belt that powers the machine may also affect the bobbin winder. If it’s slipping or worn out, it could need adjustment or replacement.
6. Test After Adjustments:
Once everything is cleaned, adjusted, or replaced, test the bobbin winder by engaging it and pressing the foot pedal.
If these steps don’t resolve the issue, it might require professional servicing. Let me know if you’d like additional clarification on any of these steps!

1- when sewing machines can't turn or spin or hard to turn this means it's jammed or siezed, to fix this problem you need to The assemble the sewing machine and spray DW40 first on all mechanical movements and all joints and gears while you spin it with your hand slowly, then use seeing machines oil or lubricant this will help to spin freely, if still stuck or hard to spin check if there's any dirt or corrosion must be cleaned well, if still not spinning smoothly, it could be bad parts or loosed or maybe object stuck inside the mechanical movements.
2- if the sewing machine spins easily with your hand but it doesn't when you press foot Puddle this means the belt is loosed or bad you need to check it, or maybe bad motor need to be replaced, sometimes motor can get jammed or siezed so remove the belt and press foot puddle the motor should spin fast and hard try to stop it with piece of cardboard or touch it if it stop easily means bad motor a good motor should be spinning fast and strong
3- if all good and pass then the only thing left is the foot puddle maybe is bad or not working well try to replace it. I hope this will help you to figure out, let me know how it goes,
Thank you and all the best 👍
@@WorldRandomVideos Thanks for your kind help. I will check it first
Por qué pasa el hilo de arriba flojo y se enreda en la parte de abajo
Hello my dear friend, please try the following troubleshooting step by step,
1- check the tensioner you need to put it just on right tension, the best way is to try operating the machine and change tensioner number 3-4-5 until you get it on right position,
2- sometimes cause by the thread if it is thick or bad threads can cause tangling
3- change the needle, I had same problem before when I changed the needle the problem was solved, the needles have numbers and sizes.
4- some cases this cause by using wrong fabric, some Machines can't work well with specific fabrics such as stretchy or thick or rough etc, try to change the fabric,
5- make sure the Sowing machine bubbling thread is set right , try to change it, try to tight it little by using small screw on the bubbling case,
I hope that will help you to figure out, thank you and all the best 👍

Paman bagaimana cara memperbaiki presser Bar yang mempengaruhi jarum membentur presser foot yang miring pada model mesin jahit singer 5805 C portable, bila ada videonya mohon share, Terimakasih
If not go to this step
4- check presser bar by hand see if it's wiggling or loosed if so then you need to fix it or readjusted.
I hope that can help you to figure out and if I made any video soon I will let you know in main time if I find helpful video on UA-cam I will send a link to you, all the best.

Baik paman akan saya lakukan, terimakasih banyak atas saran dan ilmunya🙏
My pleasure 😊 🙏, and Best regards 😀
Why didn't you clean the fuzz and dirt out of it before you oiled and greased it, I would never dream of using car oil or car gear grease on my machine and Definitely not n the excessive amount that you used. You would never have an project that wasn't covered in oil spots when you were through.
Hello my friend, thank you for your important concern and useful comment, yes definitely I should had clean it first before adding oil, and you are right using car engine oil or multi purpose grease it's not the best and not recommended especially for some sewing machines it can slow it down little bit, it's the best to use sewing machine oil but I didn't have so that's why I use it, it was not good to use a lot of grease or oil I made a mess, but after use few times it was working excellent, thank you again and all the best 😊
It was too fast when you threaded the needle and then put the threaded bobbin 🧵
Hello my friend, I am sorry I had to seed up my video because it was too long, thank you so much 🙏😔 and all the best ❣️
I need kabel pedal
I am sorry, I don't understand what do you mean?

Thank you so much and all the best 🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️
What a sloppy mess grease everywhere 😂😂😂😂😂 too much car engine oil
Yes I made a big a mess, to clean too much grease or oil use DW40 and cleaning cloths to wipe out extra oil, thank you and all the best 😁
