Good morning #PDArmy! Hit that Like button if you think the XBlade has the best styling amongst its siblings! And if not, let us know below which of the 3 Honda 160cc motorcycles looks the best.
When are you giving BMW G 310R ride review. I have heard there are vibrations on 310R. And is it worth buying at 3.78L without slipper clutch. Waiting for your ride review
i have this robotic avatar...it is just amazing... mileage is 45-50, not 41...this bike is not made for racing...so if you are a city rider then no bike in the whole market is better than X BLADE...hats off

Hondas best bike till date remains the CB Unicorn 150. Everything after that is just random iterations of the same with no strategy or serious improvement.
At Rs. 80k, Apache looks more appealing to me, at 85k you get Pulsar 180 but then these are Indian companies. Looks are a personal choice, I don't like it but many people I know love it. As for me, I'll try to find another option
I rode my Honda Hornet from India all the way to and throughout Nepal. 2600 KMs in 12 days. Except getting stuck on a really steep incline and a deep water crossing the bike performed extremely well.
Always heads off honda no matter what u bring in the market ur alwaz the best.. Thankz to honda team and the engineers bringing such an exceptional products in the market to give the fresh feel to the roads specially the xblade. This is stylish commuter sporty bulky and the last thing its tremondous.. The best good looking bike in the segment yet..
Let me tell you a personal story. When RS200 was launched, I said to myself "good looking headlights", "swanky but stylish tail lights", but that's too much of style on the body. I wish Bajaj had given us the headlights, the taillights, but kept the body styling to a minimum. Now, XBlade is here. Good looking headlights, nice taillights, but the body is so boring that it makes those good parts stand out in a bad way. Or maybe I'm too confused myself!
Awsome bike i m riding this bike more than a manth in terms of milage it give me 50 kmpl and more and very harsh driveing give 46 to 47 in mumbai trafic and in terms of look its ultimate no doubt.😘
I had a hornet and got a mileage of 35. I sold it and bought a ct100es and now I get a mileage of 80 kmpl per litre and I must say I save around 3.5k every month travelling same distance every day. Think before you buy.
Hello there!!.. I own a Hornet 160r... It's the first gen model... I do get 48kmpl... N I mostly ride on highways at a speed of 65-75.. Sometimes 42kmpl n other time 48kmpl depending upon the traffic... N I do maintenance properly... So u must not have properly maintained ur bike.. That might be the issue with u...
Honda's engines are reliable... But, they are getting clumsy with their product line up... I like the way they think of providing the same engine at different price range with little tweeks and tuning... Still expecting something exceptional from honda... 😊 . . . As always... Love you guys😍😍😍 Proud to be in #PDarmy
Old Apache 160 still makes more sense to me. But if I had to a Honda 160 it will be Hornet fo sure! The rear meaty tyre steals the show entirely and this X-Blade is overdesigned!
Xblade with a 300cc rather than 250cc liquid cooled engine with maybe 15ltr tank capacity along with switchable abs with slipper clutch even though the normal clutch of honda is way smoother than any other brands in the market and preload adjustable suspension upside down forks along with tft screen. Yes give it a price tag of 2. 5lk approx and surely everyone will go for it. Honda has to bring up something to get into the game. The xblade happens to be an good intro. Lets hope Honda India's R&D are planning something big for 2019.
Hi I have this robot. X blade. It's amazing. Speed and smooth very comfortable. Top speed till touched 130. And mileage city 55 and highway 58. Nothing to say. It's good looking and while am driving people's are look at me. Superb
Hornet 160 still relivent I guess ,using it for past 2 years ,low end torque not that good but I mostly ride my bike on the highway and it can go 115kmph easily and once you change your tyre you can do a bit of cornering as well ,and breaks are awesome too ,the only problem was the headlight which can be changed because the stock one is useless.
Honda with a great engine and half-ass efforts. If they only had a few creative passionate bikers in their team then they could very well build top selling, best looking, reliable bikes on budget
Looks is probably the only department where it excels...250cc might take the fight to a different if priced well..this one has lots of competition which do better than this... especially gixer and apache ( best one on my opinion) Great video guyz..keep this awesome job up!❤️
Honda products quality substantially went down in my opinion. They might be providing robust, reliable and fuel efficient engines but apart from engine the hardware quality sucks. Which adversely effects your riding pleasure be it brakes, switchgears, suspensions & chasis. The products are not confidence inspiring. These are mostly compromised commuter oriented vehicles instead of performance oriented. Honda is still following Hero's philosophy in India. They seems to grow in volume only, riders satisfaction is not their first priority.
Sunit Tiwari True! One of my acquaintances have got severe back-ache by riding the CB Shine SP for just over 2 years. Only the CB Unicorn & CB Shine DX are truly legendary bikes from Honda's stable... flawless, and relaible!

Almost 10k difference and you will get a xtreme 200r with 200cc 18ps,17nm torque, Dual side disc brakes with front side ABS ,wider front tyre, wider 37mm front telescopic suspension and almost similar millage figures.
Harikrishnan kazhanikunnath 10k may not be a big amount for you but for a hard working middle class person looking at his commuter 150cc bike its a lot of money.
Good presentation, I really liked it. Good background music as well. Salute to powerdrift. But mileage that claimed is wrong, I get about 50-55 for my bike.
It isn't a joke sir... The bike must be new so it delivers just 41kmpl... Otherwise it would have given atleast 46+kmpl... I own a Hornet 160r first gen model... It gives me 48kmpl... N I ride mostly on highways at an average speed of 65-75kmph.... N as u said u r getting 45-50kmpl then u might be riding it a bit sensibly n ur speed limit would be 50-60...
This bike looks good in Videos but in real life it is very small bike and does not have road presence.I would suggest to go for rtr160 or gixxer by spending 10 15k more.Xblade is a option for people who are planing to buy honda shine or splendor or discover.Thankyou
I personally didn't like the Honda's desperate attempt to get into the 150-160cc segment. But great video guys! And i recognized almost every road in the video you drove in Pune! ;)
Hello PDARMY. Well, honestly the same machine in 250cc Avatar would kill out the competition to a certain level and yes it will be a hit. But to everyone's obvious nod, there is a big concern- WHY ISN'T HONDA OFFERING ANYTHING BETWEEN 160CC & 250CC??
41kmpl is way less for the power it is delivering. The r15v3 returns a better mielege. Honda should stop feeding shitty bikes to us . Hornet is already a good and xblade is just wasted effort imho. They should instead focus of getting the 250RR /300R to India.. until then good bye to honda from my pocket.
As long as Indians buy rebadged and re-painted bikes, Honda will never care to launch their CBR 250RR & CBR 150RR. I don't see any future for honda as with their current roadmap.
Honda engines "WERE" reliable earlier (may be) but not now. I'm using Honda bikes for past 9 years and I've learnt that calling it reliable or even smooth would be a mistake.🙄😓
Gaurav Kumar If you want reliability & longevity from your bike, go for a Yamaha or a Suzuki.. It'll stay with you to the time it gets awfully outdated, you get fed up of it and sell it eventually! 👊🏻
Excellent presentation... I liked the head light of the bike nothing else... xblade should have been a 200cc bike at this price range to be an option because there are better bikes with 150-160 cc like gixxer and rtr160 4v .... Honda lacks a 200 cc bike ..
I thought all the chat was an analogy for honda bikes. Where in puri remains same within all the different dishes just like honda engines in unicorns, hornets and x blades.
Would be great if you could give a quick review of the BS4 CBR 250R ...like is it still relevant ?? How does the sports tourer fare against the newer competition ..PowerDrift Style !!
I do love the new 160cc engine from Honda but this bike looks like that one fish which is always just stuck to the wall of the aquarium and doesn't do s#!t.
Great intro, I liked the comparison between many forms of dahi puri and Honda 160cc bikes🤣 , but the Honda blade looks terrible and it looks like a cheap plastic bike. RTR 160 best looking 160cc 😍 followed by hornet and Gixxer.
It's an eyesore... Honda should have launched cbr150r... Even if they were trying to launch a naked bike they should have launched cb150... It's their flagship bike...
The looks obviously better that other honda bikes but i think the headlamp is slightly werid....if they make a 250 cc then they should definitely bring a new design..
If you are daily commuter only for office like me who travels around 25-30km one side then I still believe Honda Unicorn is best due to easy adjustable with traffic conditions and with great reliability and fuel consumption.
Sachin's tech I'd say that you might be right but it's my opinion only in terms of Honda Comparo.... Because Unicorn still has great fuel economy which goes 50kmpl+ ... Which I believe still is good economy.
Though Honda have Hornet which is with ABS and Disc breaks, Also Honda Unicorn which is the best in performance as i am using since 3.5 years no issues. So why they need X Blade? Just to get more sales number by increasing options to buy?
Hi PowerDrift, I happen to ride both Unicorn 160 CB and Hornet 160 CB for about a year, but I found a big issue with the gearbox. Whenever you shift between 1 and 2 gear, you can hear a loud thud. Did you experience the same problem with XBlade?

2021 BS6 version of this bike has improved a lot - 50km/ltr mileage, improved stability and smoothness, rear disc brake option, etc.
Honda is so stupid that they're offering CBS for Activa and not for the xblade 🤣

Not fake. First time 100 and second time 120 third time 130.just a single time. After I never try that speed. Now only ride below 100.
It's good... Actually no 160 cc bike can beat or cmpt it... Top speed is almost 130. Cmfrt wise it's good. Mileage is awsm and looks is damn good.
Fake, i own 2018 hornet, it feels stressed above 110 kmph
If HONDA launces their cb250r here in india then it will surely make a serious appeal against the fz25 and the orange beast duke250...
#NoHomo but I think Ali Bhai is the best looking automtive journolist of this countryy!
Lol 41 km/ltr???
You kidding me?
That's what Apache RTR 200 and FZ 25 gives!😂
And what not bla bla about engine refinement 😆😂
Made my day🥂
Mr. Justice agree
Background music is just amazing!

Honda is seriously running out of ideas. The only 'new' thing they do is led headlights and tail lights.
How did the R15 V3 managed to get more fuel efficiency than the xblade😅
Mile hunter 93 bcz of vva bro
It's a simple thing which helps an engine to get more power when you need it and mileage also

250 cc naked Honda. That's what the fan boys been asking for so long.!!
Indeed but it has to be on competition with Fz25... I don't think if Honda comes up with 250 naked it will be over priced for minimum performance....
