Who’s “WE” & “ALL”? Pronouns never answer Who, What, When, Where and Why. It’s only the speaker who knows & the hearers to discern.
I have never done anything like this but, I cried and cried when you were saying that we used to be part of the universe and the earth. I fell asleep afterwards and had a really vivid dream where I visited people on a road trip. I knew some of them and some I didn’t. I feel really good right now.

Dr. Joe Dispenza's stuff is great. Particularly the explanation on breathing techniques with guided anatomy images. The straight forward almost doctor level explanation bridges science and spirituality nicely.

Yes, Brian Scott, I was researching breathing techniques specifically. Well let me back up a bit. It began more specifically with my intense intrest in Dolores Cannon's work. That lead me to Joe's work. His work lead me to you. My journey or maybe evolution is a better word has been extremely interesting. I learn just the right things at the right time. There's no way there could be this many coincidences in my life. It must be signs, so to speak. I'm very grateful for Dr. Dispenza's work. But profoundly grateful for it leading me to your work. You have an energy I relate with. In your interviews you always ask the questions I would have. It's so exciting to observe and learn about myself. I'm about a quarter of the way through your book. All I can say is there has been blessings of knowledge opportunities afforded to me. I believe you're a deep part of that. You're a blessing sir!

Thanks you for the amazing meditation. I switched between listening, visualizing and sending love energy through my heart to support it. I was out of body a lot watching people from above. Many dead people I know showed up to see what was going on. During the kundalini part though I was back in my body listening. I couldn't during that part send energy to support this. During the akashic record part the place kept changing form. During the first thought I kept on wondering how I ended up here and how was it only me. I also got that our ideas of physics will probably be seen as mythology one day. I feel like I have electricity. This meditation was quite a lot. I'm a little tired. Thank you for making it. I'll lend my soul energy anytime you want to cocreate anything. I really wasn't using my soul energy or heart the way it can perform so this was great. Loved it!

The planets have been acting needy or something like "look at me" since I merged my consciousness with them yesterday during the meditation. Led by a feeling I finished 2 chapters on astronomy 101 on study.com. I learnt about the Kepler's 3 laws of planetary motion including a formula. And I watched a documentary called Sidewalk Astronomer today.I guess they want me to get a dobsonian telescope to admire their beauty now. It's like the the planets are calling me to learn about them. Why things in nature want us useless humans' attention is beyond me but now they want attention.
I could feel energy all over my feet and hands about an inch out that was taking away all of the pain and suppression. I've been homesick all morning and just wanted my mom. When we went to the hall of records it was a golden castle with onyx trim. So perfect. An elder woman in a lavender dress with circle glasses and long grey hair in a bun came to assist me( i do find that part funny and comforting) . I asked her where home was and she handed me a book and it fell to a page of lemuria, now i know nothing of this place or race. What i did see in the moving photograph, was that the air was fresh, the feeling was light and playful... futuristic buildings and plants growing everywhere and fountains of water. true freedom. When we were in space, i saw my grandma Mabel and I always thought she was just a simple loving christian. She is one of the elders in the Galactic Federation, of which I also know almost nothing about. She looked so regal and i could finally see her face clearly, she smiled the warmest smile at me and let me know at the deepest level that I'm finally free. She is so proud of me for being of service and the chains are gone.
In the beginning of the meditation i kept putting my physical hands back on my knees and my spiritual hands on my heart and then i just now read that lemurians had 4 arms... trippy!!!

This meditation took me to what I call my "blue blob" stage. I reach a point of relaxation, and what appears to be a blue ink blot begins dancing around creating all different shapes. When I came to at the end I could recall certain moments in my life with such clarity, and an understanding of why these things happened the way they did. Mainly because they all led me to this exact place, and time.
I had the same “blue blob” experience! It came with images of an eye and birds after the blue ink blot but not a visual story like yours. Sounds incredible. Blessings to you. xx
@@fatemaalzari837 It wasn't really a visual story during my meditation. It was after my meditation that I was able to recall different parts of my life with surreal clarity. I have also had experiences of looking into a bright fiery "Eye" during meditation accompanied by strong feelings of bliss. I imagine it as looking into the eye of my Higher Self.

Today is July 16, 2022 1:00 p.m. and I just finished the meditation not too long ago but this time I didn't fall asleep.
I want to share my experience this time around but every time I try to, I feel a frequency radiate in my head. Hearing frequencies is nothing new for me, been hearing them since I was a kid. Perhaps it's too soon to share this for now. I feel like messages are coming to me...
Oh wow I definitely feel good but in a different way. There's definitely a difference falling asleep listening to this and doing this awake, both very powerful. I've seen angel numbers: 1111 111 111 all within 10 minutes after this meditation
Brother Brian.. this was another one of your AWESOME Guided Meditations... heeded the call around noonish. and the only way that I knew that I would truly relax into this and give myself over to your meditation is if I went into it knowing there was nothing else I'd rather be doing. now I must say while you were guiding us from a receipt and our legs I don't remember hearing you say thigh but other parts of the body and I kind of think you skipped over the hands arms and shoulders.. n of which I've been experiencing much pain in my shoulders for over a year... But once you instructed us to place our ✋ over our 💓... ( at first glance ... internally...👁️🗨️pulse was faint ) but then it HAPPENED... suddenly crying out loudly... I mean way deep from the core of my gut...made me think of the primal scream...very strong but tender at the same time...n still paying attention all the while to the breath... "deep 👃 inhalation... SLOWLY... HOLD IT... shape ur 👄 like an O... breath out...SLOWLY".. my 💚was now beating hard & fast...💓... 👂 ing the echoing of ur voice n each word repeating itself as if not in the distance...finding ...feelin'.... experiencing what u said " the space between the spaces"...{btw i recall those words ...first time I'd ever heard that phrase...it was uttered ( by that linguistic anthropologist 🤷♀️) towards the end of that Indiana Jones movie - The Chrystal 💀.} Anyway that saying stuck like glue... 🤔💭No coincidence I gathered at that moment n realizing I'd drifted from the meditation...n quickly returned to this scared task! [ Desiring to be a " Galactic Avenger"]❣️😊 But I gotta tell ya... THAT PAIN...WAS NO LONGER pressing itself like a hot iron on my shoulders. Esp the right side 😁.... n as I "walked bare🦶🦶on the green grass in that garden" u brought us to...though I was surrounded by Lavender & 🍯 suckle flowers ... My body was present... But I had noticed that my 💖 was wishing to be walking on wet sand along the seashore... n YIPPEE I SHOUTED for joy 😆 when u said " that there... further on down the pathway...was an ocean." 🤗 WOW 😆how delicious was that.? ❣️ awwwgee thanks for this opportunity to be a part of something that's SOoo extraordinary. I don't claim to know (yet) the meanings of so many terms you had spoken of so enthusiastically... but I trusted you...n ur guidance... And that was exactly my intention from where I had left off uopn 👂 ing ur other video somewhere between 3-4am. You've been truly a blessing to me n from the comments I've read... I am soooooo thankful for this ! I've listened for only 3 nights now, and suddenly, everything in my life is clicking into place. It's like the cork that was stopping everything good in life has...popped, and now all the good stuff is flowing! The Gospel in a nutshell.
God created man in his own image.
All have sinned against God (Rom 3:23).
God is Holy and perfect and therefore must punish sin.
The consequences of sinning against an eternal God are eternal.
The wages of sin are death (Romans 6:23).
But Christ came to earth and lived a perfect sinless life on our behalf,
and bore the eternal punishment of sin for all who are His on the cross of Calvary.
For those who repent and confess their sin to God and trust in Christ alone for their salvation will receive the gift of eternal life.
Miracles happen all the time. I do have to watch it on development of my telepathy, as I am just not used to being quite so trasparent to strangers. I would love to find a group of people that join together every day , to work on special purposes, for our planet. @@sunofsonz
OMG im confused happy and upset all at the same time 🙃🤔🤗so within minutes I felt like I was in a space that contained nothing just silence and stillness. Then I saw myself in a garden with the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen. But I didn't look like I do now. My facial features were similar to how I look now. But in the garden I was dressed in a white robe dress and children were coming to me and hugging me. I felt so happy that I cried...im crying now.. my mind / consciousmess said this is the real me. I knew I was a teacher to the children. I was enjoying the feeling of being loved and tried to hold on to it. I guessed I fell asleep and missed the rest of the meditation. I woke some 2 hrs later. 😲🙃 wow what an amazing experience

This brought tears in my eyes
It made me stream tears for about five minutes straight. Why does this happen? I’m new to meditation.
I had moments of crying then later I found myself giggling like a nut. I think this happens in meditation for me because that's the only way I can truly come to a state of full relaxation. Once that happens what's being said in the meditation starts to trigger thoughts or sometimes memories. With that internal analysis of self's memories and thoughts, emotions swell. At first I was uncomfortable with this. Truly I am an extremely sensitive person but try to hide that away (for a multitude of reasons, anyways that's a whole nother conversation) it occured to me one day that the emotions were a profound connection to the specific thought or memory. That maybe instead of avoiding or trying to contain or dwindle the emotion. Maybe I can use it, like a tool. Meditation is like that to me, a tool. A very essential tool for again many many reasons (another conversation really...

Brian, THANK YOU so very much. Your Law of One ‘Harvest’ vidéo introduced me to LO1 on May 29. I have been immersed in the teaching ever since, and expanding out into more and more of the metaphysical teachings that you and others are bringing to us. I listened to this amazing transporting meditation n the evening of 7/4/20, after witnessing a boat rally of 20K people in service to self ride over Lake Norman during the day. I kept letting go of my fear and upset, sending them all Love and Light, but it was a difficult practice. Then your video showed up and was exactly precisely what I needed. So I did this July 16, 2022... I thought it was midnight but I just happened to notice the time and I started this around 1:11 a.m.... I don't remember anything but I woke up with the song 'Best Friend' by Yelawolf ft. Eminem stuck in my head (just a particular part of the song keeps repeating to me). Here it is 11:27 a.m. and it's still there.
However I did wake up feeling light, like a light body and I have this incredibly strong feeling that everything is going to be good. I feel so elevated... My mind feels free too. Even though I'm fully awake, on the inside I feel free as if I'm floating. My soul doesn't feel stuck in the coffin anymore. Normally I feel like my body is a coffin and my soul has been trying to get out and now I'm free. I feel good. I feel great. I feel fantastic. Thank you for your time, effort and energy.

I went into deep sleep with heart expanded and connected. Something popped or rattle from my lower back, it woke me up. I even heard the rattle. It was so loud. Then lots of tingling on my crown.
