What an awesome discovery. And yes drilling to it will require top equipment designed to drill miles into the ground

"Best evidence yet" doesn't mean they found it. What a misleading piece of crap title.

Yet if they told you there was oil 4 miles under your property you would believe it, wouldn't you?

I think there is a pretty fair chance there is water at that spot. Mars was covered in water at one point, these rovers just suck ass. Why doesn’t Boston dynamics got one of those freakin robodogs up there 😂😂

We've known for years water was on Mars. But knowing it's still there is crazy. What if all the legends about inner earth and agartala are really stories passed down from civilization that fled Mars millions of years ago

The sooner we get that Martian water to the surface the sooner we can start polluting it and throwing our unwanted plastics into it.

No worries the record drilling happened in Russia in 1989, it took 20 years to drill a 9inch diameter hole 7.6 miles into the Earth… and the scientists found it was super hot, and rock unexpectedly behaving like plastic . But yeah sure, we got evidence “oceans” of water exist in the mid crust… uhhuh. Pfft. 🙄

Wow it's almost like they didn't drill to find out it literally says they used a seismic sensor you know the exact same thing they use to find ground water on earth

It's simple. There must be life on Mars.

    Theoretical water isn't necessarily water.
Furthermore, life cannot arise naturally from inanimate matter ... life has to be divinely created.

@lucassevey5989 Science strongly suggests that life arising naturally from inanimate matter is impossible.
Furthermore, are we to believe that a mindless process somehow managed to not only produce life from non-life, but that it also provided that life with the ability to reproduce? Wow ... I mean, what extraordinary luck!!! 🤣😅😂
The most rational explanation for the origin of life is divine creation.

@@AndrewLane-pm2ro In 1953, scientist Stanley Miller conducted an experiment that simulated the conditions of early Earth to test if organic molecules could form through chemical reactions. The experiment, known as the Miller-Urey experiment, involved sealing water, methane, ammonia, and hydrogen in a glass flask and passing electrical sparks through the mixture to simulate lightning. The experiment produced amino acids, which are the building blocks of proteins and are often referred to as the "primordial soup". The results of the experiment supported the idea that life, or more specifically organic molecules, could have formed on early Earth through simple chemical reactions...oh wow it's almost like you're wrong now how about you go back to begging your sky daddy on your knees

@lucassevey5989 Well may you ask for "proof" - where's your proof that life can arise naturally from inanimate matter?
