      @Xeino pretty sure in this case the soundtrack was actually made at the same time as the movie itself. Ludwig Göransson composed the soundtrack based on what he read in the script and based on conversations with Christopher Nolan

    • @noowofficial9851
      @noowofficial9851 4 роки тому +8

      @Xeino I guess that makes more sense. From what I had heard he had already made the soundtrack based on the script, which was a bit questionable to me as well because in that case Christopher Nolan would have to sync the movie to the music while editing (which has been done before in movies like Baby Driver where they picked the entire soundtrack before filming anything, but there’s no good reason to do that for a movie like Tenet). But it seems to me that a good amount of work had already been done on the soundtrack before filming Tenet and then they probably worked on the actual composition itself after editing the movie

    • @noowofficial9851
      @noowofficial9851 4 роки тому +4

      @Xeino apparently they mention something like that in the Behind The Scenes. Haven’t seen it but I heard that Ludwig Göransson did make at least some of the music before and during filming. Ludwig would be there on the set during filming as well. I don’t really know the details to be honest but this is basically what I heard about the Behind The Scenes. JackHoward mentions it in his last video on Tenet, he got paid to make the video to help promote the Blu-Ray DVD release

    • @AhmadAli95
      @AhmadAli95 4 роки тому +2

      @Xeino Ludwig wrote stuff before they started shooting. This piece in particular was written very early on and a small part of it was used in the teaser. They probably used his suite and chopped it up / edited to it then he did another pass at to picture to make sure everything flows better. So lots of music was written without picture but then gets re-written or conformed to picture.

The beginning is only one of many amazing scenes in the film, and it impresses me every time. I knew this film would be amazing when they started running towards the stairs after having pumped the gas into the hall. The drums are so incredibly loud when you are in an IMAX theatre. The concept of time moving in two directions at the same time is just something human beings can't quite grasp no matter how hard we try. But you don't really habe to understand it. When I watch tenet I enjoy the atmosphere this movie creates and those incredible images that I have not seen anywhere else and that can't be seen anywhere else, because they are specific to this movie and it's concept and took a huge amount of effort to pull off. And you see that effort on screen. I love this movie, eventhough it melts my brain. I do understand people who do not like it though, it is hard if not impossible to wrap one's head around.
