Hey Scott!! 👋 We hope you get the chance to stop by and visit them when you go through Vegas. It was unlike any other factory/ warehouse we have seen in the industry. The whole team was extremely friendly and you could feel their passion for what they are doing.
The name on each cabinet was so great to see. It really made it personal and placed that emphasis like you said.
Wow they sure do have a lot of chassis already on hand to be upfitted... definitely not a small time operation! Looking forward to seeing one in person for the first time next week. I saw the white chassis on the end 0:57 doesn't have the traditional sliding door
We were amazed by how many chassis they had sitting and waiting to be built out. They had a good amount already spoken for and already 40 preorders for the plus!
That white one you spotted on the end is a new EV Super High Roof model that we are testing out...pretty exciting stuff! 🙌

What are their 4 season specs for cold winter living? Insulation, plumbing, gray tank, lowest temps it can handle day after day?
Great question. They make their vans for full time living and to handle all four seasons.
Fresh water tank and majority of plumbing are inside.
The grey tank is mounted underneath with optional tank warmers if one expects to experience freezing weather. Plumbing to the grey tank that is exposed is wrapped to provide insulation too. This is the only weak point when it comes to extended freezing temps and something to monitor.
Tank heaters do consume a decent amount of power, but with the battery systems & components you should have no issues running those for long periods of time. But I’d say that’s the only weak point.
Insulation is havelock wool, as well as a sound deadening/ insulation mat between the van walls and havelock wool.
They use the rixen heating and on demand hot water system which is the best you can get, so it keeps the van extremely warm, is efficient, and no worries at higher elevations.
Owners have spent winters in extreme cold temps with no issues, but of course you have to pay attention and monitor that grey tank and the dump plumbing for that. I personally will wrap dump plumbing with a heated wire / tape if we plan on spending lots of time in below freezing weather. Cheap and easy to do.

How can you tell when the gray tank is full?
Equal fresh water and grey water tanks, so the idea is when you fill your fresh water dump your grey. The victron cebro gx screen shows fresh water levels.
Obviously with the UV filter water dispenser you will use more fresh water than you put into the grey, but it’s a way to keep it simply since grey and black tanks so frequently stop reading correctly or working in general without a good cleaning.
Definitely a good question to direct at the team over at Noovo if that is something someone needed though.

Seems recent reimbursements may have led to luxury disbursements? I want one of these vans! Any discussion of cost?
We are really glad we got connected with the team at Noovo and have had the chance to come onboard as ambassadors . After we saw the quality they are producing & the family feel they have within the company and their customers it was not even a question we wanted to do our part to share them with everyone.
They currently have three models:
The Lite - $162,700
The Pop - $174,000
The Plus - $178,000
Of course optional add ons too.
They do offer a military discount and occasionally will offer them on sale. They have a list on their website.

I amvdreaming about the Noovo just not sure how I would finance it yet. I thought the Plus would be too big for a a single traveler but is it is the same foot print of the Lite? Also what is the ground clearance and do they have a spare tire?
The plus and lite are the same exact footprint, the plus just having a taller roof.
The ground clearance is the same as any promaster van. Very adequate and capable. We take lots of forest roads and no issues at all with the promaster chassis.
They do have spare tires 👍🏼
So they are doing the installation the cheap way by using self tapping screws instead of rivet nuts. 👎
Quality of the wood is terrible!! Look at all the knots!! And he brags about quality control. 👎
They use rivet nuts throughout the build and also are one of only a few builders who actually use marine plywood.
If you are familiar with the van building industry this is rare and non existent with the big rv industry manufacturers.
We’d recommend going to a few manufacturers and taking a look at what they do.
