I think this is an awesome communication tool which can bridge business closer to the client. Separate department based on phone number is awesome!
What about extensions? Is that available?
I don' think that they use extension, but a dedicated phone number for different purpose/function of business.
hi I want to ask that how we can share one primary number with other users? is there any way of sharing same primary number free of cost, what is the process of sharing it?
You can share one number with multiple users within your OpenPhone account. A shared phone number is like a shared inbox, but for a phone. You'll be able to team up on responding to calls and messages. To invite team members to share your number, you'll need to enter their email addresses in your OpenPhone admin dashboard. You'll be able to specify their role and pick the phone number you want them to have access to.

You guys have so pothetic services. Don't have proper support team. If someone faces an issue he has to wait for one or two days to get reply from you guys.

Hi our openphone account disabled due to try to buy credit bus it's declined our card when we add new credit card our account disabled we are unable to call etc how to unable it's asap we are worry about it?

This is a company of racists, they can disconnect you for no reason, just for no reason (when you ask them the reason for the disconnection, they won’t even answer you). I have correspondence with them, just know that they are racist, if your skin color is different from their admins then you will be disconnected.
Thanks for your comment. Just to clear things up, we don't disconnect users for no reason-it wouldn't make sense for us to do that. We only disconnect users if they've violated our Terms of Service or if any submitted documents or info couldn't be verified.
