    I was at an auto dismantling yard a few years ago in the Otay Mesa area of San Diego and noticed bees coming and going from 2 steel wheels welded together to act as a jack stand. I turned and went the other way. As we were leaving I notified the security officer. He immediately called the exterminator back, apparently they had a big stinging incident the day before. Unbeknownst to us. He thanked me profusely.

    Wow! Crazy how the bees still follow you guys in the truck! It can get to -50 in the winter here in Interior Alaska. By the ocean maybe 15-20 deg. Stays warm!

    Hey fellows, I hope the winter offers reprieve from those nasty bees.
    I found it especially fitting that you both closed off today's video at the bone yard and the leaning tower of pissed off. 😂

    Yikes! You guys need a large canister of that stuff! Not the store bought variety. Are there not companies that supply it that way?

    With it being the ladder part of your day, it’s probably nice not to have them upset and downs. Them bees have been treated once now it just might bee the retired ones. Could you cut the tire open and attack through your access hole you make.

    How do you tell if they are killer bees or regular honey bees

    • @KillerBeeGuy
      @KillerBeeGuy  18 днів тому

      They look the same. It's genetic. Honeybees are an invasive species to the Western Hemisphere. We kill invasive species.

    Damn. If you were to run while they’re swarming you about how far will they chase? I noticed they followed you both when you guys went to the truck to grab more supplies.

      They will chase you until they catch you. You can't run far enough. They have chased their truck 10-15 miles. These bees don't give up.

      If they chase you, cover your head and head for cover. Get inside a vehicle or house ASAP.

    360 not working?

    • @medtek
      @medtek 18 днів тому

      It hasn’t been posted yet. The 360 will always be labeled as such. This was a livestream.

      @@Optrixx yeah I think they were using the Ultra as a hotspot for it for uploads, and that broke, so it’s been slower getting them up.

      @@medtekThanks for letting me know... Yeah I think we need to get a collection for Star link so we get Hi Def Bee action, not the pixelated blur like todays video😁

    • @medtek
      @medtek 18 днів тому

      @@Optrixx we’ve considered starlink, but it won’t help. With starlink they’d be dependent on a WiFi signal coming from the truck. They are often too far away from the truck, with obstacles, for that to be a reliable option.

    Why are you guys always so unprepared? Like why don’t you have all the cans of foam and adhesive ready to go? Also, should’ve raked all the stone out first. Got all your ports clean and then filled them.

      How many hands do you suppose two men to have? The cannot wear tool belts to haul that all around. They do have what they call a doctor bag for the products that kill the bees and use a five gallon bucket for tools and expand foam. Have you worked out in the heat? I have, used to work at a dairy farm. When it gets hot it becomes challenging to haul a lot of gear.
