The ange, is my favorite tama! So sad they replace the grave by a ufo. It totally breaks the concept of taking care of your gen 1 tama in the afterlife.
I got so lucky finding this at target along with the stained glass today!!! I never got the chance to play with the angel back in the day so I’m stoked 😍
I had an Angel as a kid, sadly lost it, as I was prone to doing. I did get a japanese Angel a few years ago, I wanted to run it every december as a christmas tradition, but that was before I was able to snag a Santaclautch, which i'm running for the first time this year, it's pretty terrific. I don't have a re-release yet, I'm not very crazy about these shells, but I might buy one if I can find one in the wild, because I want to support these new releases and potentially help pave the way for a potential Tamagotchi gen 4 ( Ocean, Garden, or Devil, fingers crossed ) but if I can't find one in stores, i'm just going to wait for the inevitable new shells.
I actually ordered the Dreamy model because I thought the Lovely Tama looked like baby poo/cammo. Then I saw some videos of the Lovely and it looks sooooo much better on video than it did online… now I want the Lovely instead 😂😂😂
Hi Pandabunny! I found this gold version at Target recently and I've been slowly working on a video for it. My preorder for the blue and pink moved out with everyone else and I am so impatient that I canceled that order and just went with the gold. I'm starting to think that they are making all these new tamagotchis with transparent shells for us ;) I did have an original Tamagotchi Angel back in the day and I must not have played with it a ton because I don't really remember the gameplay as much. This re-release doesn't really feel the same to me, I'm not sure if that's because I don't remember it as well or if it's that different. Oh well! I'm looking forward to whatever you have to share with us later this month!!!
I definitely feel out of the loop now because I did not know that they were releasing the angels. I always love pink and I don’t know what the blue looks like but I’m assuming it’s a baby blue similar to this baby pink. Glad to hear that you got both of them.
i like how they are bringing back the old tamagotchis but i lowkey want a solid color design withiout any special designs just want a solid color one with wings
I feel old saying this 😅 but the Tamagotchi Angel was my 1st Tamagotchi introduction. I bought it with my birthday money at a store called Shopko(that are now closed) & the movie Flubber on VHS. Mine was the pearlescent pink one, wanted the silver but had to compromise lol. So the movie Flubber & Tamagotchi Angel will always be synonymous in my heart for nostalgia 💚💖💚
I cant wait to buy one! Im waiting to swe them in person before i decode which one to get! Seems the screen is harder to see than the original which is a shame but still exciting!
I'm about to buy a new tama and I think I'm settling with the connection but my question before I buy one is what one has more "content" uni or this one? I currently only have r2d2 and realized it was very basic for a tama.

Didn’t buy it but found it at target, the pink sparkles look so much more prominent irl and a lot more gold than green in person vs the online pics

It’s probably better that the wings aren’t as raised. The old ones were always rubbing off even if you played with it gently.
