Bohot khoob zabardast. It is better than commercially made chutneys which have unhealthy preservatives in them. Raw Oil is the preservative in it, just as in Mango achar.
In our home, mummy always made chatni at home. Lehsun aur kuti Laal mirch chatni, poadeenay aur hari mirch ke chatni were used and still used with aaloo ke tarkari, khichri, tahiri etc. His one shall now be added 😊.
