Actually its not your fault. I have bought three roles and used this Venyl so many times and every time I have faced same problem. Its a low quality Chinese Venyl . Its better to use Hydrographic sheet for such parts

Bro dashboard cleaner is not good for vinyl.. if you want to clean it you can simply use a car glass cleaner or you can add shampoo in water fill it in a spray bottle and use it to wipe whatever you wish

Sir please make sure the area you are applying the vinyl on, is not textured. If this is not the issue than you need to change the vinyl. ( I have not used that VINYL, for which I have given link to.)
