As a SA survivor, from my experience, SA is an act done by one party specifically done to ignore and devalue the boundaries and consent set by the individuals they target. Whilst there is something to be said about being responsible for rebuilding the boundaries that have been broken by that/those experience/s (I myself over the last few years have realised that my weakened psychic and energetic boundaries (though these were weakened by continued abuse, so even that wasn't my fault) made me more susceptible to people thinking they could do whatever they wanted to me), it is always the perpetrator's fault, because they made the decision to do that - the survivor holds no blame for that, whether they did 'manifest' it or not. Co-creation only goes so far, and it often isn't as consensual as people make it out to be.
I also want to mention that any 'agreement' to go through trauma in the spirit realm should be taken with a *huge* bag of salt, because that can be indicative of being manipulated by beings pretending to be there for your highest good. This Simulation was originally meant to be a healing Sim, so going through further trauma due to a contract negates the purpose of what most people are here for. It's a weird one, but this is just what I know from my own spiritual experiences.
Nothing can stop your blessings 🙌 when you are healing take the time to heal! The need to feel like you must be doing all the time comes from the ego! Everything is happening in the 5d and you manifest it in the 3d!

Yes, prioritizing rest and time for thoughtfulness and slowing down is hard on the ego - that desire to see things happen physically is tough but possible to overcome. doing so brought me to tears several times lately. I feel so much lighter and see the world through a different lens. I feel so blessed to have fought my first instinct. not all successes come through busy-ness, imo.
