Have mercy and fulfill the law. This is a most spiritual exercise to shift what was to what is. Completing things to create space now. Feelings are powerful and need to be acknowledge. So they can understand how it happened why , what was the motivation . What would you do now and what was the mistake to correct. Sooner it is processed sooner All are released to grow forward. It is amazing how we can heal. Not stay stuck with just a bad feeling. It is not limited or has a protocol pre determined. The goal is to get back to a love set of mind and peaceful. In awareness of things being said or different points of view. Things change transparency in our motives are not hidden. I do have to allow people see it there way too. It shows how much they care or what they are impacting including myself. My mindset is also my mind health. Honesty is imperative.
