You're welcome 😊. I charged $20 per 5 the balloon garland base and the smaller garland i added to the bottom left. This was roughly a 15 ft garland. The client provided the backdrop

Dumb question….how long can the garland be outside prior to when the event starts? We have a 3pm party, it’s pretty hot where I live so I don’t want them popping before the event starts

Depends on weather and if it's in direct sunlight (would not recommend). Try to setup a couple hrs before party

This is the client's backdrop, but I also own two round backdrops as well. I would suggest you buy a couple of different backdrops when starting your own business

Yes.i cover floors before applying indoors or on slippery surfaces like tile or wood. This was cement , so the spray didn't make it slippery
