I find it easier for me to use the rubber bands for my 5 in clusters while I add to garland ❤.

If you're doing one color, Buy 1 pack 5in, 2 packs 11in, 1 pack 18in

Curious: Did you buy party woo balloons? They usually only have a few 18in balloons. You can use 10in balloons if you like. It's not going to give the same look because the balloons are way smaller. I would use the 12-inch balloons for your base and use the 10in as filler.

I've seen the 260q come up a lot. Why not use rubber bands?
I prefer 260 balloons. I prefer their elasticity, and I use them for other types of balloon decorations

I used my cricut machine and permanent silver vinyl
@ivaferri9133 how was you able to get the vinyl to stick on the spandex material. I tried it before and it would not stick.

Honestly, I forgot. I have a 12in by 24in cricut mat, and the name almost extended across the entire 24 inches in length. The letters are about 4in high

You're welcome 😊. I transport the balloons in 2 pieces in a king sized mattress bag and my chiara wall and cover can be unassembled in 5 minutes. I have a mini van which is enough space to fit everything in the video.
