Render elements initially were for correcting videos, because you have thousands of frames, and don't have the luxury to re=render. Also, in animations lots of elements change lighting, so sometimes you have to fix a portion of frames to look better. In video post-production, you have greenscreens to separate elements, and also painted masks - rotoscoping. In 3d you get them for free - they already exist. It's faster to re-render one frame, than tweak int in post-production. But it was true prior to Vray frame buffer built-in tools. One has to be cautious, that anything you make in post, can lead to unrealistic results, as you often break the initial physics of lighting and materials. But of course, you have the artistic licence.

So when ever I render any interior scenes I also get that render like very flat... Like most of the times my renders be flat even though I add good quality textures.... I use to work on blender 1st and in blender all this render elements wasn't there....and so all this is new to me... So can you help me out?
