    आज मसाला किचन मे बन रही है टेस्टी हलीम की खीर | सर्दियों में 3 दिन इसे खालों तो जोडो का दर्द, सिरदर्द, अनिंद्रा, थकान 100 साल तक कभी नहीं होगी, बिना मावा, बिना मिल्क पाउडर के घर में खीर/पुडिंग बनाने का आसान तरीका | परफेक्ट बासुंदी, दानेदार खीर बनाये और मसाला किचन की आसान खीर, रबड़ी, बासुंदी, पुडिंग रेसिपी जरूर देखिये | सुबह नाश्ते में ये खीर खाएंगे तो दिन भर तरो-ताजा महसूस करेंगे | बाजार जैसी रबड़ी खीर, लच्छेदार रबड़ी, खुरचन वाली खीर रबड़ी बनाने की विधि | इंस्टेंट खीर, चावल की खीर, साबूदाना खीर, खीर बासुंदी, गाढ़ी खीर, सेवइयाँ रेसिपी, सेवई खीर बनाने की आसान रेसिपी कम चीज़ों से | टेस्टी खीर बनाने का आसान तरीका | मसाला किचन की खीर, पुडिंग। सेहतमंद खीर रेसिपी ज़रुर देखिये और ज्यादा से ज्यादा शेयर करें | मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी
    INGREDIENTS:
    * Garden Cress Seeds/Aleev/Haleem(हलीम बीज) - 2 Spoon
    * Fox Nut/Makhana(मखाना)
    * Cashew Nuts(काजू)
    * Almonds(बादाम)
    * Dry Coconut(सूखा नारियल)
    * Seedless Dates(बीजरहित खजूर) - 8-10
    * Milk(दूध) - 500 Ml.
    * Saffron Strands(केसर) - Some
    * Cardamom+Cinnamon+Nutmeg Powder(इलायची+दालचीनी+जायफल पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
    * Pistachio(पिस्ता) - Some
    RECIPE:
    Soak Aleev/Haleem Seeds with water for 2 hours.
    Keep the pan on the flame, put some Fox Nuts, Almonds, Cashew Nuts, Fry Coconut. Roast them dry, then grind them and make a fine powder. Take it out on the plate and keep it aside.
    Keep the pan for heating, add some Milk, Saffron Strands, some Green Cardamom+Cinnamon+Nutmeg Powder. Let it come to a boil first. Then add the soaked Aleev/Haleem Seeds, roasted Nuts Powder & mix well. Stir it continuously & cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Add chopped dates and cook till it melts. Serve it warm and garnish with slivered pistachios & enjoy it. In this way, Super-Tasty & Healthy Haliwa Kheer/Haleem ki Kheer/Pudding/Dessert will get ready at home easily.

    I was drinking these seeds with soonth, ganthola, Takmaria, honey every night for over a month. Did not add nuts, debts or Makhana since I was taking it at bedtime.     Made it today for breakfast. It was good! Did keep us full for a long time. Thank you so much for this recipe.
    Edit: made it thrice now, especially good for fasting days when you have to make something quick for the elders in the home. This tastes especially good with a spoon of liquid date palm jaggery or pure honey. Try if you don't have sugar issue.
