Ending anxiety is one of the most valuable practices today. Everyone is faced with economic issues, relationship issues, history of abuse, and a changing work world. OH, and not to mention religious crackpots who feel entitled to berate and harass everyone who doesn't harbor the same invisible man in their brains as they do.

It's something we all struggle with in one way or another. 💭 Have you found any stoic principles particularly helpful in dealing with anxiety? 🤔 It can be tough to navigate through all the challenges you mentioned, but I believe stoicism can provide some useful tools. 🧰

@@stoicbond I agree! I believe that the very best tool is that of CONSISTENT MEDITATIONAL PRACTICES and creating one's own personal set of mantras to keep in mind daily! 💐 🌹 🌸

Greetings, I have a lot of chronic pain so using a motionless moment is something I've been doing for a long time. I have a special quiet place I visualize, a place of peace and tranquility I go to when I get surge of pain. I use a trigger word and it pulls me to that place. It took me doing it several times before it became almost automatic. It's akin to developing a muscle. I can stop, and breathe in this place for a moment and it helps.

Only let down for these videos is the mispronunciation of some words by the AI voice. Much prefer an actual human to read these out.

Stay tuned for other videos as there definitely will be a human behind these soon. 👍
But I'm curious, what do you think about the stoic principles I shared in the video? 🤔 Have you tried applying them in your own life? If so, how did it go? 🤔 I'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences! 😊
