I just accessed this chest through the cave entrance. When I first found it it was blocked off with no way inside so I marked it on my map and when I came back later it was open with a luxurious chest inside. No idea what I did to get the chest. I also could've sworn the entrance had been opened before because the cave was very familiar to me, but there definitely wasn't a chest there the first time I got in. The chest being added was probably just a feature of the update, but still unsure why the gate is open sometimes and not other times. Maybe it's a time of day thing?

@@01_hoon tp to the kamisato estate, follow the path up the mountain towards the broken bridge (where kazuhas friends grave is). before the hole in the bridge there’s a bunch of boxes on the ground, walk towards the boxes n destroy the destroyable ones, there will be a hole where u can jump down and grab the chest :)

You end up accessing this cave when you do a quest for Gendou Ringo at Narukami Shrine it’s a really really really long quest. Funny a back entrance was found.
Lol i glitched the entrance since 2.0 patch (theres nothing here back then) but 2.4 they just added the luxurious chest so i go checked it again by using compass (how serendipity it is) and gotcha XD

Easier way, teleport to court of flowing sand, facing the door head left. Around the corner and across the gap or the right along the wall are some crates(and electroculus if you haven't collected it), there's a hole through a metal grate that drops in the room.

It still works. Make sure to move your camera to the right as you move your character to the left (once they’re crawling horizontally)
There is actually an entrance but it's covered by boxes on the outside u just have to break them
