First of all, I could listen to waffle on about anything and always enjoy it! 🥰I come to this space to spend time with you and to listen to your thoughts and sharing's. Creating spreads and layering cards is one of my FAV ways to use the cards. So hearing your thoughts and watching you play with your decks was super fun! Thanks for being here. I was watching along while doing the dishes so I had excellent company! 🧼🍽💦
Awh, thank you so much for your sweet words. What a lovely thing to say! I am happy to have kept you company. Isn't it great that we can work with/play with our decks in so many different ways?! It's so much fun. x
I love playing with decks like this - I've got a similar video too from a while ago. Most often I choose an oracle deck that has multiple keywords and then pull a tarot card for each keyword as a prompt to make a cohesive little reading. Also big yes to choosing oracle cards when you can't quite find the question. Love that you chose the Äkta Spåman oracle as an example because her Outgrow Yourself is one of my favourite decks to use like this! Omg accept what you cannot change and the nine of swords - sounds like someone telling someone with anxiety to 'just calm down' 😅 her other deck is always passive-aggressive to me so that sounds about right. Great video x
Thanks lovely! Oh cool, which video is that? Is it 'Layering Oracle Cards Over Tarot' one? It's on my watchlist but I haven't gotten to it yet, I'll definitely have to check it out because I am loving playing with oracle/tarot combos right now. I've got some more oracle video ideas but I was too tired to keep filming after this one. Hoping to get the next one/s out soon though! Thank you for watching Syvlie. x
Oh my gosh... that last spread that you just improvised like it was nothing is sooo good. I really looove these 3 positions of stopping the ego, jump and failure is always an option. Also so much needed. That's already adopted from you.
@@lilpinkbear definitely getting sth out of every video you make, and if it isn't a learning experience it's at least some fun moments which bring me a smile and the abillity to relax and calm down after the day is over.
Love the idea of using oracle decks !!! Thank you for inspiration !! 💜And yes - spread machine as someone mentioned below sounds like the indie oracle deck by Kim Tsan.
This is such a great video! Not at all boring. Really fun ideas to play with. I’ve been recently pulling an oracle to set the tone or prompt of my daily reading then two tarot to respond or dig into the topic. Poesis is a great deck for spread machine-ing I think! I’ll have to try this. Thank you for sharing!
Ooh, I like your idea for the daily draw. I'll have to remember to try this! The Poesis deck is very striking, I really like monochrome decks, they tend to work well with so many other decks due to their relative aesthetic neutrality.
I really enjoyed this! I have the Spread Crafter's Oracle decks, but using these other oracles as spread crafters really brings different vibes! I especially love the Äkta Spåman Podcast Oracle for spread-crafting - the phrases/sentences give a lot to think about beyond just a single keyword! I may try this on camera sometime too 😀
Thank you Tangy! It sure is a lot of fun playing with the possibilites and you're right, the fact that Äkta Spåman Podcast Oracle has mostly full phrases on them make them super helpful as prompts/positions. Happy playing!
Great hands! I Like the way you talk with your hands. I turned the sound off and I could still tell what you were talking about! Your content, as usual, is informative and fun🎉
A very interesting and entertaining video, as always! I've never worked with my oracle decks in this way but now I'm super curious to try! Or firstly, go through my oracles and see which ones have the best kind of keywords for this, that'll be a fun activity too. Thank you for sharing!
When I think of the phrase spread machine, I think of Kim Tsan at Fables Den and her oracle deck she created a few years ago. I especially liked the idea of the Quest expansion pack. I wasn't quick enough for the kickstarter, so I've had to become inventive. Another deck I think this idea would work well with is the Citadel Oracle (another deck I do not own, ahem). So far I have used only used my Animal Spirit oracle as a macro message, with any of my tarot decks as the micro. As it were. It is the oracle deck I have used the most. Although I have given most of the animals in the deck archetypal titles. Such as 'Tarantula' as a 'Cartographer', it helps to create narrative with my animal energies. All fun to play with the decks I have and not always do introspective or even divinatory readings ... Anyhoo I just wanted to join in... 🎉
Oh yeah, I think that's where I first heard that term. I've seen other spread creation decks too but they were mass market (and oop, I believe). I have been undecided about the Citadel Oracle, it looks cool, I can see how it would be good for making spreads. I love your way of working with the Animal Spirit Oracle, I might have to give that a go. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and ideas on this topic. x

The band is Earth Wind & Fire. Also I love the idea of using an oracle as a spread machine.
That's it! Goodness, my memory is such trash these days. Thanks for letting me know the name, it was bugging me.

Awh, thanks! I'm really glad that folks are getting something from these videos. I had so much fun making them! x

Lol, I am a very 'arm wavy' type of talker. I just get over excited when I get going on a subject.

Thank you for the feedback. Have fun deciding on which decks you own will work, I'd love to hear which ones you pick.
btw I like your videos when you read cards, I really enjoy your reading style!
Thanks Paul. You're in for a treat then, because I will have some others coming up next month. :)
YAY!
I really enjoyed this, thank you 💙
Glad you did so, thank you for letting me know. I really enjoyed making it. x
