- Penske Truck Leasing’s 24/7 Roadside Assistance team is a group of professionals who help ensure our commercial and consumer customers are well-cared for should they experience any issues while using a leased or rented vehicle over the road. Our 24/7 Roadside Assistance center operates is always open to make sure our customers get the help when they need it most. Our Roadside Assistance Coordinators assess and diagnose vehicles by phone through careful inquiries and by dispatching appropriate roadside service to customers based on the nature of each issue as it arises.
Penske Truck Leasing operates and maintains a fleet of more than 200,000 vehicles across North America. Our coordinators work in a corporate office setting at our state-of-the-art call center located based in suburban Reading, Pennsylvania. Penske Truck Leasing’s scenic Green Hills office campus and corporate headquarters in is an easy commute from major metros including: Philadelphia, King of Prussia, Reading, Bethlehem, Allentown, and other surrounding Pennsylvania communities.

Examples of some positions that may best fit this position may include:
• Automotive or diesel mechanics
• Prior CDL driver’s license
• Dispatchers
• Emergency service personnel
• Prior military veterans
• Individuals with at least 2 years of call center experience.
Typical Qualifications:
• 2 years of prior customer service experience preferred
• 2 years prior call center or telemarketing experience preferred
• Diesel mechanic and/or automotive mechanical experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s degree and/or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Availability to work either a Saturday or Sunday as part of your regular weekly schedule required
• Willingness to work in a call center environment required
• Bilingual (Spanish a plus)
• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
