Ask them to assign you a static ip address then use port forwarding and routing to reach to the vpn server

Static IP will probably add an extra monthly bill, my ISP is charging $25 a month for it.

@@V1N_574 WHAT? 25$ that's a scam bro in my country it is not even 1 dollar. Regardless the other way that I know of is ddns Dynamic domain name system which is not secure for company's bit it is safe for home networks. You can also find your public Ip and set it on that bit some Isp devices are smart and if you do that they can cancel your license with them.
