i think that most of the moss will survive. The cherry blossom itself (i think) should be removed because there isn't much space for the roots to grow around as well as the lack of soil around it. I may be wrong because they cut the clip after putting the cherry blossom in, but it looks like they pulled it out of a kokedama which itself has media within it but has to be showered/submerged periodically. if the plant is getting water, it should be able to survive. living long might be a different story. the plant itself wants to grow larger, but if restricted can be maintained and kept small. the roots can also be trimmed periodically (a technique done in Bonsai). i would assume the build is temporary, lasting maybe two or three years at most before it needs an overhaul. I could be wrong, and if i am, please don't hesitate to say so!
Actually I like this type of utube. Some people talk and talk and repeat the same thing a few times. Or some add they favorite type of music. I rather mellow out and let my brain interpret what being done and there alway snap shots to remember. Going to get mine done.Thank well done
Jade Baxter I figured the stuff from this video clearish glue stuff (sometimes looks black when on foam) is silicone, the netting is mosquito netting, regular prices of black foam, masking tape.
The rocks look like ohko stone or seiryu stone. The dirt-like mixture looks like LECA and peat moss or coir? and the third ingredient is undoubted long fiber sphagnum moss. I can't say for sure beyond that, but most of the ingredients are common in the aquarium and vivarium hobbies, especially aquariums.
Aaaaah! I love this channel. The care put into each project! The love for each an every plant! THE MOSS!!!!! ♡♡♡♡♡ This is a wonderful, quiet, delightful space away from busy daily life.
Since I have a mile long gravel driveway, I can't help but have my favourite part be when he's gluing down the rocks. Every time, I just cheer for the rocks!
Beautiful work. Love watching it being made. Do you ever do follow up vids? Like, how it looks 3 weeks later? How you trim the plants and keep it looking good?
Thanks for another lovely relaxing video. Happy to see you mixing substrates beforehand and pressing that dirt into the silicone. Are you having trouble with adhesion because the surfaces are wet before the silicone dries?
These are some stunning little aquascapes that many would love to have. One thin though. The pumps do seem rather noisy and detract from the ambiance and calming effect of the water.
Awesome man!! Whats the black board you were using for the structure and what is the white glue you used called? I just came up with an idea, I think it'll look DOPE if you had a Betta fish in there! Man im in love with this style of aquarium. Its a perfect way to show how nature works with itself! AWESOME man!!
Hello and thank you for this new sharing of your creations. Will this branch of cherry tree survive long in this environment, and if so will there be flowers again the following year?
Olha só, que bacana ! :D Legal ter uma *mini paisagem* dessas em casa para olhar; quando se mora em apartamento, capital e etc . Congrats from: 🇧🇷 🙋 🌎 ✌
Yea. It's amazing. Look up wisteria bonsai. They're absolutely stunning. They take so long to flower, but are so worth it! Wisteria and banyan trees are two of my favorite to see. :)
The only thing is that to really thrive bonsai need to live outdoors like real trees. Check out Heron Bonsai here on UA-cam. Peter Chan is no nonsense and very beginner friendly! He even has videos on bonsai for free (things you can harvest from your own yard or kind neighbors). I'd never seen anyone take holly sprouts, from bird droppings, or oak saplings and turn them into bonsai but they were great!
I was actually curios if these cute little plants live long after the building and crafting finishes.
no they won’t. the moss maybe
Cause *_kokedama_*
Its a bonsai, obviously it Will survive

James Thomas this sounds logical enough 👍🏻

thomas - I totally agree.
Probably unintentional, but his is some great ASMR
Anhara ALEXANDER true lol
Exactly unlike other utubers with loud music in the background
lmao i read this at 6:53 and then a few secs after i was like "oh shit nvm"
the only ASMR I can stand
@Anhara ALEXANDER AA : the sound of cutting makes me shiver.. and what a relief when he finally turns on water
could you show us the names of all your tools and materials next time? I'd love to try this stuff ♥
Jade Baxter

I know that’s not all the ingredients but it is some of them
@@kristindionne3256 the silicone is black its not clear

if you try this, search for a silicone that does not contain fungicide otherwise it will kill your plants (especially moss)
plant boy: peaceful and inspired by nature
kiwami japan: unhinged chaos
@執行人ファルチェ I watch his videos, yeah
The same ASMR category but in the end of opposite spectrum
My head is so empty from this I’ve been staring in silence for ten minutes with my phone an inch from my face .
thank you for this video. and thank you, youtube, for this recommendation

Thanks for another lovely relaxing video. Happy to see you mixing substrates beforehand and pressing that dirt into the silicone. Are you having trouble with adhesion because the surfaces are wet before the silicone dries?
