    This is very impressive and definitely unexpected! I did not think it was going to make it up at all, I didn’t even think the tires had enough grip to make it up the side! Amazing video as always!!

      Hey Easton thank you so much as always! I was relieved when it actually gripped when it started it’s initial climb!
      These tyres are so soft which helps, I did also warm them up a little as that last part was really tough on the wood! No probs on carpet etc :)

    I already saw videos in which they trying to make cars that can go over obstacles.

      The YT algorithm sure is a weird thing and I certainly don’t take the success for granted. I’ll enjoy it whilst it lasts. There’s some great content out there which never gets viewed which is so sad. 🍺🍺😀

    not gunna lie, I was actually excited at 1:15, then very relieved at 1:56! was also laughing thinking about someone controlling a real life size version of this, some multi-billion mars mining piece of equipment, and shitting themselves as they tried to climb it up a cliff like that

    My only complaint about this design is that the sound of the gears grinding gives me PTSD to the LEGO Robotics club days of yore. I can already hear the snapped gear teeth...

    super video, everyone wants to be intelligent as you. for next video i suggest to make unique climbing vehicle with extremely low gearing like 30:1 or 40:1 and very low center of gravity and than test it on 55° degrees ramp

    Cool i have idea to make ladder this way too? After reaching top then activate a screwing in soils/sands then hold the position then becomes a staircase maybe, a robot(or not) to keep following during an adventure(camping) maybe.
