This First Alert DCA16810-520 SmartBridge is a revolutionary, easy to install video security system with First Alert technology that provides a fast, easy connection to your business or home's live video feed through your computer, mobile tablet device or Smartphone while on-the-go. Previous traditional systems could take up to 5-hours to set up and require the use of your Internet service provider. The SmartBridge system allows anyone to easily set up truly secure remote access of home or business surveillance video in less than 5-minutes. Just plug the cameras into the DVR and power adapter using the cables provided and enjoy instant security.
Made from high quality aluminum to prevent weathering and rusting, the (8) indoor and outdoor 520-TVL bullet-style cameras have an 80-foot night vision range, 62.2-degree angle of vision, (30) infrared LEDs and feature a 1/3.6-inch color CMOS image sensor for crisp high-resolution video. The 16-channel DVR (digital video recorder) records at D1 (640x480) for higher picture quality and CIF (320x240) for maximum recording time. A 1TB hard drive is pre-installed with an optional 2TB maximum capacity. Other features includes a motion detection trigger, alarm trigger, scheduling and manual record settings. Each system is assigned a unique ID number that unlocks your internet connection and links your system back to you, which makes your system more secure and less susceptible to hacking.
The SmartBridge viewing software provides remote viewing though PC, MAC, iPhone, iPad, Android and live viewing through the free SmartBridge mobile app. First Alert's SmartBridge technology now allows everyone to utilize the convenience of live surveillance and has made it accessible for anyone to install.
