Why on earth do they have someone who as far as I know, actually does not understand the way things work around the judging that is. Why is an outside type of manager allowed to act as if he was hiring and firing cleaner, instead of multimilliomaires? Sacking Louis as if he was just a pawn and apparently this chap who sacked him has no understanding of the ways things work.
