Expectation of low budget on a phone recording should be set first. It will be below average quality. Main thing to find out is how to get a feed of audio mix from the location of recording. This will save you having to buy kit. Record that separately as audio only using an appropriate audio recording device such as a zoon h6 and record video and raw phone audio on phone. Then sync in post assuming you wont be editing audio.
