    We should use both internal and external talent. we can identify and train some highly talented employees internally and for some positions which we may not find right fit may look from external resources. it has to be skilled people who have vision for future growth otherwise one bad hire can lead to many disruptions in workflow.

    Internal hiring should be given first preference. Because they already know the organisation values and culture. Also, if they have closely worked with the leader, a lot of time is saved in training and adapting. But this doesn't fit to all organisations. Soemtimes external hiring can be the only option. Because with internal hiring, people may start ignoring him or get jealous of his promotion. External hiring with rich experience and broad vision can help the organisation grow immensely.
