Absolutely EPIC! I have never seen a COP on a door panel! That clicking sound when the elevator passes by a floor is also stunning. I’d love to see the original relays in action on this.
0:16 Ive never seen the button panel so close to the elevator door but I did have a strange dream several years ago where I found a Montgomery/innovation elevator with center open doors where the buttons were actually in-between the inner doors and you select your floor from that and all the fire service stuff was on there too and as the doors closed the buttons retracted out of the way
and if it was real it would probably be a nightmare to maintain because 1 the door buttons and the alarm button was also on the panel and if the doors shut you would be trapped in there until someone called it and 2 the fire service key switch and all the other key switches were on there so you would have to hold the doors open and insert the keys in
Couldn't agree more! The middle one is problematic though. Other than that these are so fun. Unlike the Heyburn Building, these are on their original controller.
Didn't get a chance to comment on your last community post before it disappeared but I would be in full support of you doing UA-cam full time! If it's something you think you can make a living off of and enjoy, then go for it! The fact that you already give your fans uploads nearly 365 days per year is already pretty incredible.
And they could integrate the lantern into the panel too which would be cheaper to make, surprised its not done on modern elevators. Especially when bottom line is their concern most the time (referring to generics)
Those elevators seemed very interesting to me. How would a 3 speed door could be on the inside while the outside one as a two speed door. Interesting how we got all cars here and they all opened at the same time and the fixtures on the side of the door while the one by the door as a very unique set. But overall the classic chimes are one of my favorite and I would say at the end it was a good and very nice ride
Classic chimes are our favorite Andrew because you are an old stuff lover like I am and all thanks to you. The best loyalty man I ever had and how you help so many autistic kids and people to become like us
I heard that most of these type of buildings (office towers and business centers) are closed on the weekends. I tried going into the Heyburn Building to film the elevators but it was closed; the revolving doors were locked. I’ll need to work out with my parents on how I can get into these type of buildings during the week because of different schedules. Idk how people lock and unlock revolving doors. Also, they renamed the Kaden Tower to the Wright Tower because it’s a Frank Lloyd Wright inspired building built in the 60s; have you filmed in there yet? There’s an exterior glass elevator you would really like there; and a few internals too.

I've seen it before once

That’s what I was thinking too
That is a cool story.
Three car operating panels! This is the first time I've seen them on the side panels of the doors.
Wait a minute, I remember seeing you on UA-cam years ago! Welcome back!
This was epic. Thanks so much for watching. Good to see you Matt!!
The elevators of the number 3! Get it? Because it has a 3 speed inner door and 3 button panels! Like, how many more car panels do they need lol.
Yep lol. I get it 😃
I'm glad you got to ride these! These are truly amazing and definitely a perfect example of how to make an elevator ADA compliant the CORRECT way!
Couldn't agree more! The middle one is problematic though. Other than that these are so fun. Unlike the Heyburn Building, these are on their original controller.
Nice 3 speed door Andrew! 0:36
Thanks!
These are very awesome elevators. going to have to check these out when I go to Louisville
they are awesome. Don't run very well but they are cool.
Wow!!! This is one spectacular set of elevators.
It really is! So fun to ride.
That service bell is epic
It was.
Epic! I also love the panel set up
Very!
Three panels! I love the side panel next to the door!
They are awesome
There are so many things that are epic about these elevators.
Yes. These elevators are loaded with epicness. Some of my favorite I have found.
@@DieselDucyi see it!
1000 buttons in this elevator
What a dream 🥹
It was amazing
This lift has attitude !! Awesome :)
it does!

I try my best 😃
That panel on the inner door frame is extremely interesting and I am surprised its not done more since you can just press your floor while walking in.
And they could integrate the lantern into the panel too which would be cheaper to make, surprised its not done on modern elevators. Especially when bottom line is their concern most the time (referring to generics)
It is really convenient. I have seen this in a hospital in NY before.
Nice video of the day.❤🎉. 0:31 .
Thank you! 😃

It was great.
You should come visit the UK
I want to!

I have not. I want to go to that building. Yes almost ALL office buildings are closed on the weekend and only open on week days usually from 0800-1700
I love the fact that there is an ADA panel without having to modernize these elevators!
This is the way to do it !

@@BuildingToursForLife1660-4 Or lower the old panels at least
@@PNWElevatorAviation yeah that would work too!
What's up with the Braille Plates being on the right side of some of the buttons? Obviously not code compliant.
should they be on the left?
Love the side panel! Only side panel we have been on was the James bldg Haughtons in Chatt. Would love to ride these!
These are very awesome.
3 Speed door & 3 COP's this is an interesting combo!!
Totally epic
How does a two speed door turn into a three speed door
It covers the same distance. The space inside the hoist way may be smaller than the landing door
@@DieselDucy that makes sense
That is a very strange door and COP layout
It is very strange yet epic at the same time.
That is how to modernize a elevator

You don't see 3 speed doors everyday.
