Platforms 1 and 2 were closed to both trains and passengers because of the concrete works taking place. Platform 3 was also closed to trains. Date filmed 28/6/11
@BenTrainFan thanx m8. Bit strange going at this time of the year. No trams untill easter, central pier only open weekends and the pleasure beach also only open on weekends. the front is like a ghost town.
@BenTrainFan always helps to check before you book. the tower is open next week but the week after it isnt. Anyway never mind. Blackpool North station is a good one to video. staff are very friendly there. And you also have the west coast main line half an hour away and you can get the train to manchester and liverpool from blackpool.
