It's great quality meat. I wished more local restaurants would use it.
I like it, but this is still industrialized ranching and meat production! And one man is making this representation! And that creates a collective! A cooperative which separates itself from the collective relies on producers and growers ad this type of model presented in this video again focuses on capital and who’s got more of it! The current situation still requires the co-op of growers to the auction house then to feedlots and finally the slaughterhouse! I just think that this video is an explanation of how Cargill and Tyson grew into the corporations they are today. And this is a promotional video just such growth! What’s good about it is it produces competition between corporations and Reduces major monopoly Control over food products, but you cannot stop conspiring between corporations are to set limits and fix price! I’m a small guy and I know how this game works and I can think along the lines of greed but I choose not to as a grower producer!
