when we repair atx power supply. if there is something wrong in pulse transformer section, it can trigger output transistors permanently. which may cause to draw maximum current. in that condition, we must disconnect jumper to prevent the circuit

Sir atx power supply is having stand by voltage , on Ic 7500 is having voltage on pin 12 ,12 voltage perfect voltage on pin 13. 14, pin 4 is having voltage round 3.5volts but fluctuations secondly on jumpher to black and green voltage on pin 4 of Ic does not Zzero.IC is Kl7500 and other than green and purple no out put. Pc के मेरे एक smps मे output वोल्टेज fluctuate होता है स्विचिंग ic 6105 है. जहाँ stand by वोल्टेज स्थिर है. आपने जो components निकाल के टेस्ट किये ये सभी घटक सही है. केपेशीटर भी बदल दिये फिर भी प्रॉब्लम ठीक नहीं हुआ.
