Great video! I am using it on my 1996 ford explorer. One of the nuts on the firewall that holds the fan and evaporator assembly won't come off. The bolt the nut is on is spinning. Any suggestions on how to remove it now?
Unfortunately, it has been sometime ago , that I did this job, and of course working on these thing are a challenge.
I saw a similar video that you're talking about where the guy drilled a hole in the lower portion of the airbox to gain access to the bolt for those reservoirs which makes no sense to me because the lower part of that air box is held on by four grommets it's not even bolted in you could just pull it right out
I have a musty smell when using the air conditioning. I have been looking for the drain plug or hose with no luck. I have the eddie bauer edition model v8 5.0L. You happen to know the location of yours? Thanks
Sorry I don't recall.
Did that stop the A/C from leaking? Does the A/C work now?
Of course it did my guy, why would he replace something that was not leaking smh
Haven't had a chance to watch the whole video, but would the work basically be the same for the heater core?
really not sure if it would.
Amigo se un poco complicado el colector de aire
so much easier when the evaporator isnt in the dash
for sure.
