Thanks, that was fun! It really clips along and I like the way it sounds. I just got a free 19 HP Ryobi w/o a deck, tied a push mower to it today and ran around mowing, worked OK except for a couple hills. There's a 42" deck sitting down in my mower graveyard waiting for this rider. I want to mod the exhaust but have never welded, maybe it's time to learn that skill. Anyway thanks again!
HS. That was Hairy. I was always taught to stay away from bar stools when riding hopped up lawn tractors. :-) Glad it worked out OK. You gentleman make some really cool stuff. Well Done.
Yes, J La, it looks bad ass! The intake AND the larger front tires. Like it. I'm @ 2:48. I guess you almost crash? I hope your OK. I guess I will see. Nice build. Be careful.
Hi. Did removing the gov end up trashing the engine? I’ve heard that can throw a rod and Im torn between going straight throttle or just adjusting the gov.
I'm working on a craftsman lt 1000. It has a 18.5 hp Briggs I think came off a Murray ,, it's stripped and ready for a new type of body that doesn't look like a mower ,, anyone have any ideas I could consider? Shoot me a idea and maybe I'll come race or you come race me hee in southern West Virginia we're the ATV trails are .
Adam Carpender their a way to make it faster you had to get a smaller pulley and plus you have to get a 5in in the front 3 quarter inch in the back that's how minds work after all
id youre mower is an automatic ( hysrostatic Transmission ) spinning the auto at higher speeds will not make it go faster it will just give it a 99% more chance of it selfdestructing and severly injuring, or killing you

No tractor insurance, hit and run.😂
What size pulley did you use for the front and rear pulleys
kevin hein six on motor and two on rear
Where did you get the pulleys
Kevin, you can get them at Tractor Supply and Amazon along with other online retailers and some mower shops.
if your not rubbing your not racing!
I'm dead serious, check out my builds. Particularly my Murray. (Mad Murray) nice crash, that could have been nasty.
