Both are very good choices. Depends which stroke/distance you swim. However I have recently switched to wearing arena suits only, as my 2 Speedo suits broke (poor quality). So if you’re looking for a durable suit, go with the Carbon Air2 👍🏼

Yes, speedo’s size guide is one of the most inaccurate. The difference between sizes 20 and 22 is enormous.
