** Pulitzer Prize awards are handed to the photographer not the camera!
So, truth be told, it's the person holding the camera is the artist creating the photo, NOT THE CAMERA.

As far as post processing your work, well if you want to get the finest image you can after the shutter clicks, you absolutely must do some post work.
If you ordered a meal at a restaurant, would you like the meal better if the chef tweaked your food to the highest pro chef level? Yes of course.
    ***Why are CCD cameras better?
CCD sensors create high-quality, low-noise images. CMOS sensors are usually more susceptible to noise. Because each photosite on a CMOS sensor has several transistors located next to it, the light sensitivity of a CMOS chip tends to be lower, as many of the photons hit the transistors instead of the photosite

The following is a Rebecca West Quote.
"Any authentic work of art, must start an argument, between the artist and his audience."
    Must Read
"Photographic art overlaps with the landscape, portraiture, and other photography types. It is defined by the artist's vision and approach to get distinct photographs. Unlike other forms of photography, fine art photography is about capturing what the artist sees instead of what the camera sees. It is just another tool for artists to produce their art."
(Quote from N.F. I. The Nashville Film Institute)
**The CCD was invented in 1969 at Bell Labs by Willard Boyle and George Smith. Since that CCD FILM LIKE SENSOR was sensitive to light it was used as image sensor for video and TV cameras. It could also be used as a memory device or analogue signal delay since it's principally a kind of analogue shift-register circuit.

So many happy hours in my teenage years, spent walking through the gothic wonderland of London's Kensal Green Cemetary, armed with my Pentax K1000 a couple of rolls of Ilford HP5, then back to the High School Dark Room to develop and print, those were the days!

I lived in Richmond Virginia; and nestled by the James River quietly tucked in the city of Richmond, is the Hollywood Cemetery. Odd name, a local name I believe. From any side you enter of the several acre cemetery, you are soon surrounded in the Rolling hills and ornate monuments. Statues of all sorts and sizes, personalized family crypts, rows of simple headstones beside huge ornate monumental markers with dates from before the official birth of our country; a place made for the photographer. I spent many many hours in this incredible cemetery.

Say Carmine..... you really lost weight! Good for you. You are the only person in the world who can shoot a grave and I would be proud to hang it on my wall! LOL.
