      Damn I wish I was still in NY to meet you! I was there for a month a couple of weeks back.
      I have got to say though, going to the local shops, immersing myself in the culture of the city meeting new people and performing for the locals was some of the most fun I have ever had performing magic! Like you showed in your video hardly anyone says no if you ask them if you can show them a trick :)
      looking forward to more vids on your latest exploits :)

      Teddy Kenyon Here's the secret to get people to walk up to you.... top secret.... are you ready for this? The card spring! That's it. Nothing else. Don't have to say a word, don't have to put on a funny outfit, don't have to do any pointless juggling... I mean xcm garbage. Go to the mall, and just start springing your cards. Tons of people will come up to you. Try it!

    • @PinkoniousSusman
      @PinkoniousSusman 7 років тому +1

      Whodda Whatta I never actually thought to try that. I have been at bus stops and restaurants and had people walk up to me because of the card spring, but I never thought to use it for that express purpose. That's genius. Thank you!

    Here's the sweet tip I observed from Williamson for the crimped card on top - don't make the sound at the same time pop the card - count it down - wait half a beat then pop. People aren't the sharpest when you say 3-2-1 . if you say 1 then nothing happens they focus even more -then- pop. But don't milk it...
