Looking forward to more videos. Rice is so simple: In a casserole dish with a glass lid: 1 cup rice, 2 cups water after rinsing. 1 teaspoon salt, stir with fingers. 1 tablespoon butter dropped on top. Put lid on. Microwave 5 minutes high power. 15 minutes half power. Perfect every time. We have a Plastic container made for rice. The Container I have is from Walmart and is a “rice cooker” holds 6 cups total. Key is to boil rice so membrane absorbs water. So 5 minutes high power does this for one cup of rice. Same concept for bigger pots and more rice. Full power for longer to get the boil before going to half power. In the US I don’t wash rice, so if it’s too wet cook it longer or less water . I technically I just do: rice, water, salt, swish, butter, into microwave.
Thanks for sharing the recipe. I know you're not asking for advice and I hope you dont think Im being rude but it took 7 minutes of talking before you actually got to the method. Maybe mention all those relevant points as you're cooking?
Amazing recipe!!! My go to rice since now on 🔥

Hi Joy, thanks for the comment. That rice method sounds really easy, I'll give it a go - thanks for sharing. 😊
Tried this rice with msg and it was as good as you said. So thank you both. 👍🏻
Thanks for your comment - its mad at how nice it is isn't it? we even put msg in our KFC style chicken recipe.
I love the graphics, very informative. I’d like them to stay on the screen longer. I am rewinding almost every time to read them. Thanks!
Hi, Thanks for the comment. I will do. :-)
Great video!
Thank you
You stated that you use 1/2 a tea spoon of MSG & salt but the measurements you used look a lot bigger, was it supposed to be table spoons?
Hi, thanks for the comment, I have just checked and its a 1/2 tea spoon.😊

Have you never heard of bacillus cereus.
What is MSG?
Monosodium glutamate (MSG) is a flavor enhancer often added to restaurant foods, canned vegetables, soups, deli meats and other foods.
where can i get the 15-1? i can only find the 14-1 on the ninja homepage.
I’ve recently bought one from Curry’s
I can’t find it. I think 15 might refer to warming. But is not on the box. Ninja web site says 14. Idk
It’s OL 701 in USA; 14-1;
OL 750 15-1 in UK. Ninja website in US and Ninja website in UK have them respectively.
Only difference between 15 in 1 , and 14 in 1 is 15 in 1 has built in thermometer
7•5 minutes is to long an intro
