Bro rpm is best on grazia at 1700-1800 as it described in its user manual. So try to set the mixture of air/fule for maximum utilisation
I totally agree with you buddy , but in my experience 2000 at idle give you the best throttle response , plus it improves startup in the morning , thats the only reason i keep my idle speed @2ooo , and the afr ratio is damm near perfect on my scooter because i have checked it by removing the spark plug and it was clean with no traces of being the afr ratio lean or rich .. soo there is no need to worry in regards to that bro .. 😎
@@LetsLookInside my honda grazia not starting changed the spark plug still not starting.But when I was holding sparkplug adaptor with Spark plug in it on kicking the scooter I got an electric shock though my hand was touching only spark plug adapter
@@LetsLookInside but when you set the Rpm in 2000 sometimes the scooty starting moving without throttling ,why is it happen ? I've told mechanic to set in 2000 Rpm but they told me not to set in 2000 but less than that ,now my Grazia rpm set in 1800 probably but after warming up it reach to 2000Rpm
@@dipankardeka2922 i suggest @2000 rpm because , after some the rpm will drop for most of the general users who are not going to fickle with the rpm by them selfs , as I have mentioned above , this rpm is the best of both worlds , gives you good starting , pickup and power :)
@@LetsLookInside that's right , but one more issue I've facing these days is whenever I instantly roll the throttle it doesn't pull that power it used to ,power gets legging sometimes ,when I suddenly increase the speed . It is because of cold weather or any issue in my engine or throttling ?

Agar choke pe rpm increase nhi hoo rha hai , toh ye check karo , ki already mixture kitna rich hai , agar carb ki setting zaada hi rich hai toh uss case me choke open hone se , combination chamber me aur petrol jaayegaa jissko engine burn nhi kar paayegaa , engine ka RPM aur neeche jaayegaa...
Carburettor fir se defaut settings pe adjust karna , fir check karna choke effectively kaam karegaa .

Sir meri scooty kabhi kabhi self se start hi nhi hota fir mujhe kick marna padta hai o kabhi kabhi bohot late se start hota hai meri scooty.please koi solution batiye meri bahan ko bohot probelm hota hai scooty ko ghar lane me😭😭
Bhai battery terminals ko clean karwao ap , aur scooter ke carburettor ko readjust plus airfilter clean , aur spark plus clean ... And make sure kariye ki apke scooter me jo engine oil hai vo 10w30 grade ka hi ho , agar mota oil hoga toh engine heat karegaa aur starting me problem karegaa..baaki idle rpm ko around 1800 rakhna , gaadi turant start hogi aur pickup bhi aacha milegaa. Ye bhi make sure karna ki choke ka wire kahi blocked toh nhi hai , kyuki agar choke open position me rahegaa tab bhi gaadi heat hogi aur baad me start nhi hogi.

I FEEL THE GUY WHO SERVICED YOUR SCOOTER FORGOT TO PLUG BACK THE SIGNAL WIRE FOR SPEEDOMETER OR HE BROKE IT, ANYWAYS IT NOT A BIG ISSUE BUDDY ... JUST GET YOUR SIGNAL INPUT WIRE CHECKED AND YOU WILL BE GOOD TO GOO :) DONT WORRY THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH YOUR INSTRUMENT CLUSTER :) I HOPE THIS HELPS

Thoda zaada bol rha hai , kisi aache bande se engine ka head open karwa lo aur block ko kharadi ke pass ke haa ke usame new threads banwalo , zaada se zaada 1200 ka karch aana chahiye

Bhai scooty ke starter motor me ek pinnion gear hota hai vo malfunction kar rha hai usske wajay se apka motor toh ghum rha hai but vo engine ke saath engage nhi kar paa rha , ye easy fix hai kisi machnic ko dikha lo , bas adjusting karna hota hai , baaki kick jo atak rhi hai usske liye vo side cover remove karna padegaa then ussme under se oil aur greese daalna padegaa , vo shi hoo jaayegaa , mere me bhi atakta hai bhai.

Bhai , self motor check karwao , ussme carbon worn hoo sakte hain tab aisa problem aata hai , nhi toh , ek pinnion gear hota hai motor me , usska kaam ye hota hai ki vo engine ke saath engage ho ke ussko ghumata hai , ye agar jammed hota hai ya agar isska adjustment gadbad hoo jaata hai toh bhi aise dikkat sa sakti hai .. isse hopefully apka problem ka solution hoo jaayegaa

Engine rpm agar kam hai toh ussko increase kar lo thoda , vibration agar lower end me hoo rhi hain toh isse theek hoo jaayegaa bhai
