    Sindhi Bhaji Recipe :
    Ingredient’s:
    Potatoes 2
    Onion 3
    Peas 250 grams
    Cauliflower 250 grams
    Carrot 250 grams
    Fenugreek 1
    Tomato’s 3
    Capsicum 2
    Cream 2 tbsp
    Cumin ½ tsp
    Chopped Coriander ½ tsp
    Turmeric ½ tsp
    Red chili powder 1 tsp
    Oil 250 grams
    Garlic 1 tsp
    Salt As per to taste
    Method:
    Boil all vegetables together. In hot oil add onion and cook until light brown.
    Add garlic, cumin, and other spices. Now add tomatoes and cook until they are soft.
    After tomatoes are done add boiled vegetables and stir fry.
    Add cream in the end and serve it.
    Sindhi Biryani Recipe :
    Ingredients :
    Chicken 750gm
    Rice 750gm
    Yogurt 250gm
    Ginger garlic paste 2tbsp
    Salt as required
    Red chili powder 1-1/2 tbsp
    Turmeric 1tsp
    Green chilies 20 to 25
    Coriander 1bunch
    Mint ½ bunch
    Oil 1cup
    Whole spice 2tbsp
    Bay leaves 2-3
    Plum 8-10
    Yellow food color as required
    Nutmeg, mace 1tbsp
    Screw pine essence 1tbsp
    Onion ¾ cup
    Green peas as required
    Potatoes 5-6
    Tomatoes few
